To pick up medication it'll be about 30-45 min wait perhaps even more. There are others that do not have Yelp, and have the same and similar experience. Even though it is low on reviews word on the street is to avoid this place. I have given plenty of opportunities to this place to prove me otherwise. But consistency in poor service has been proven more than once. This is a disservice to our community our people and considering other's time outside of here. Others need to pick up children, family, etc. I will say the only good thing that came out of this experience was a woman in the front desk with brown hair that was efficient and clear. I am a psychotherapist, and my husband is a psychiatrist, so I know about billing, CTP codes (billing codes being used), and ethical practices around service and treatment. They used 2 different billing codes for ONE appointment, claiming I had two separate services done ( one that was 30 minutes, and one that was 25 minutes) in a 15 minute session- this is not only physically impossible, but also unethical and illegal billing if it was done intentionally. I was with the doctor for 15 minutes and am being charged for two 25-30 minute treatments... which would mean i was seen for 50-60 minutes. And one of the services just did not happen. I don't know if it's intentional or an accident, but they refuse to resolve it and have charged me. I am in the middle of a dispute with their billing team: every time I call they tell me they will "escalate it" with the "team reviewing it" and that I will hear back in 2 weeks. I never hear back and when I call again, they say the exact same thing. They have been giving me the run-around for 4 months for what is either an accidental or fraudulent charge made in 2025! I have already met with an attorney and am and taking them to court. If I wasn't a licensed therapist, I wouldn't not have caught this on the bill and would have just paid. So please be cautious and avoid LifeStance Health: this does not happen in smaller practices or with mental health professionals who own their own practice: when you have a billing question you should be able to talk to someone quickly and get an answer, or to your doctor! I wish I had spent more money working with someone in a smaller practice and have never regretted a medical decision as much as I regret trusting LifeStance.
