Worst water company on the face of the planet…read more They were featured in the documentary film FLOW that reported on big water corporations invading third world countries, setting up pipe lines, and lobbying to change laws making water collection by residents illegal. They actually tried to sue the film makers for slander/ deflimation of character and LOST. Now they've invaded Westchester. The prices are through the roof, and they made a deal, without any input from the taxpayers, to be guaranteed a certain profit each month. If they don't meet that profit demand, guess what? Your local politicians gave them the O.K. to add surcharges to your bill to make up the difference ("make whole surcharge", check your bill). Their customer service is pretty much non existent. They're always doing some kind of "maintenance" that causes the water to be brown, with actual dirt particles coming out of the faucet. But, they never notify anyone. It's nice to be able to shower before you head off to work, or have the advance notice to modify your schedule around their weekly, broken water mains. Terrible company forced upon is by our elected officials. Thanks guys!
