I often stop here for a restroom break and a drink or snack. It is easy to get in and out of and…read morevery convenient being right off both highways. They have a good selection for a convenience store. The restrooms are always clean and in good repair. The gas pumps are often busy and the way they are set up could be a pain getting in and out of. On my last visit I got an iced tea. The lids were questionable for fit and as I was getting into my car popped off. This caused a nice spill. I went back in and the cashier let me refill my drink and more importantly, gave me some towels to clean up what I could in my car. She could have just directed me to napkins which would have been pretty useless so I appreciate her stepping up with the extra service. After cleaning what I could and returning the towels, I knew I would need to run to a car wash to clean my floor mat. I asked where a close one was and instead of just directing to one, the cashier asked which direction I was headed and directed me to the one that was on my way. All around great customer service. Not something you generally expect at a busy convenience store, but very much appreciated. Her service will make me skip other places even if it means waiting a little just so I can do business here.

It has an auto store as well that does repairs. The convenient store is small and doesn't have alot to choose from but the prices are definitely not worth complaining about. Bathrooms here are clean. They didn't have it in stock and ordered it, it would be there sometime the next day, probably. Not only did they not communicate that the medication was out of stock, I had a horrible experience getting it transferred to another pharmacy. After they told me my only option was calling around to find the drug needed at anther pharmacy, they then said they had 24 hours to transfer a prescription when I'd waited almost 2 hours and called asking if they would give a verbal script to the new pharmacy. Worst customer service ever in a situation that was already incredibly stressful.

I asked her to look and she came back and stated they had received a call from my physician but it would take a half-hour to get it downloaded from the fax, and they were only open until 6 PM so, she said WHATEVER! In my opinion not an appropriate response. I thanked her and I returned and 5:58 PM, the lights were out and the wooden Venetian blind was closed, but from the front of the store it looked like there was a light on. Please do not tell me one thing into another. CVS hours are pretty will set, you are a big corporation, so if you tell me that my prescription will be ready in a half-hour and then you close to minutes early, this does not sit well with me. I will also tell you I usually give only compliments and have had great interaction with your staff but today [around 8:30 AM 01-06-23] there was a lady that was multiracial with a camo jacket on and could certainly work on her attitude. I understand some of us are not morning people. Maybe she should not be running the window so early in the morning because her tone was not good. It was like she didn't want to be there but what I told her what happened the night before, she was more pleasant and she got the pharmacist Hannah and she was extremely pleasant and nice. Again, the only way were going to be seen in the public eye is if we follow through and follow-up on our commitment to when a prescription is called in at 3:09 PM and I finally get a notice at 7:04 PM an hour after you closed. And again, remember I was there at 5:58 PM. 9 times at 10 I will write a letter of complement so this is a rarity for me because I know how difficult people can be. I have been a chiropractic physician for 41 years and I always take the time to send a positive response. This is not a positive response, except for Hannah being extremely professional, polite and kind.
