    If you need a medication and it's absolutely necessary, do not use them. After a 7 day ICU stay I…read morewent to pick up medication there. I paid, and asked about the most vital drug needed. They didn't have it in stock and ordered it, it would be there sometime the next day, probably. Not only did they not communicate that the medication was out of stock, I had a horrible experience getting it transferred to another pharmacy. After they told me my only option was calling around to find the drug needed at anther pharmacy, they then said they had 24 hours to transfer a prescription when I'd waited almost 2 hours and called asking if they would give a verbal script to the new pharmacy. Worst customer service ever in a situation that was already incredibly stressful.

I…read morewent to the drive-through 5:14 PM a taller blonde told me she did not have a prescription for me. I asked her to look and she came back and stated they had received a call from my physician but it would take a half-hour to get it downloaded from the fax, and they were only open until 6 PM so, she said WHATEVER! In my opinion not an appropriate response. I thanked her and I returned and 5:58 PM, the lights were out and the wooden Venetian blind was closed, but from the front of the store it looked like there was a light on. Please do not tell me one thing into another. CVS hours are pretty will set, you are a big corporation, so if you tell me that my prescription will be ready in a half-hour and then you close to minutes early, this does not sit well with me. I will also tell you I usually give only compliments and have had great interaction with your staff but today [around 8:30 AM 01-06-23] there was a lady that was multiracial with a camo jacket on and could certainly work on her attitude. I understand some of us are not morning people. Maybe she should not be running the window so early in the morning because her tone was not good. It was like she didn't want to be there but what I told her what happened the night before, she was more pleasant and she got the pharmacist Hannah and she was extremely pleasant and nice. Again, the only way were going to be seen in the public eye is if we follow through and follow-up on our commitment to when a prescription is called in at 3:09 PM and I finally get a notice at 7:04 PM an hour after you closed. And again, remember I was there at 5:58 PM. 9 times at 10 I will write a letter of complement so this is a rarity for me because I know how difficult people can be. I have been a chiropractic physician for 41 years and I always take the time to send a positive response. This is not a positive response, except for Hannah being extremely professional, polite and kind.
