This location recently opened and is a nice addition to Terre Haute Staff: super super friendly...ive never had any attitude, never a person walk by me without asking if they could help me with something. And on some times they even can tell my body language, when come in and know exactly what i need on a B line to the spot to get it and go they know I'm on a mission and dont slow me down...lol Store: always clean and kept up, things are always kept in stock...havent ever noticed that (well its right there but they are out of them) situations. huge parking lot...GREAT prices..Easy to get to.. Great tool rental department with great prices. They do everything from keys (including "digital chip" key clones) to vast amounts of nuts and bolts, SAE and metric, tools, supplies, home/industrial hardware. They are not Grainger or Lee's. They are not Lowes or Menards. Their prices are sometimes high, but they don't sell cheap gear. I wished they'd sell lumber and plants, but maybe it's better that they don't. They get five stars for being the best HARDWARE store in the area. You don't have to buy a huge blister pack to get just one or two of an item. Their clerks know what they have, and it's a good idea to ask them. They sometimes have better alternatives in mind, and their selection is vast for the size store they operate; they can save you a lot of time, unlike the big box stores, where there are no real specialists except the Big Item sales people.
