He finally emailed back that he could do a bond redetermination and represent my husband in court the following week if I paid 1500. I called the office and they were always unorganized. Speaking to the attorney again was not a possibility so they told me to email him. That was pointless as he wouldn't answer any questions. I asked staff 3 different times if my husband would be represented the following week and I was assured he would be. I sent documentation and paid the fee. I asked again before paying the fee if my husband would be represrnted the following Tuesday in court. I was assured he would be. My husband (though misinformed) thought they were taking him to court a day early so I contacted the attorney. I was emailed that he didn't have time to represent my husband in court after I paid the fee and was assured by staff he could!! They knew there was limited time and they were made aware of the court date. He gave me another attorney close to the detention facility, but this attorney, nor any other was available the day before the hearing. So my husband was left without representation. I asked the phone rep why they took my money if they weren't going to have time to represent my husband and she stated that she "didn't know." If you have a loved one detained, do not use this group!! They do not care about anything but getting payment and do not attempt to work quickly to help their detained clients in time sensitive removal procedings

Will not stand up for you as a client and they will back down when at a cross-roads. When you envision an attorney, you picture the man or woman fighting for you - that won't happen here. Hindsight is always 20/20, I should have retained different counsel after the first two suggestions given, but I didn't because I didn't know any better. I trusted their group, and they didn't deliver. Out of all the money lost in my divorce, the only payout the stings is knowing his law firm received anything for doing nothing. I could have represented myself and achieved a better outcome. That screams, look elsewhere. - Let me also add as I can't comment back to the comment made. Ryan - you can factually come state your case for truthful events that took place. It doesn't negate the comments you as an attorney made. It doesn't negate the lack of investment you showed in the case. Yes the case resolved at mediation, yes it was a long process. Those two things happening don't justify or eliminate your actions.
