Key issues included: Inaccurate and misleading quotes (dormer removal not properly addressed). Poor project management with inexperienced workers and no qualified oversight. Failure to perform a water test before or after installation, resulting in continued leaks. Shifting blame to siding and windows instead of standing behind their roofing work. Unprofessional conduct from management, including refusal to take accountability and inappropriate language during communication. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the problem, my roof continues to leak. This company relies on inexperience, avoids responsibility, and fails to provide quality or professional service. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

Once I was able to determine existing roof is only 8 years old decided for the repair. The shingles that were installed 8 years ago had been discontinued.
