They over charged for a very poor quality design, and when non of the proposals was satisfying the expectations they tried to charge extra, because they alleged that we already reached the designing hours. This company doesn't cares about the customer's satisfaction but for the money, I paid them $2000 for some useless PDFs files with tiny useless logos, no vectors for edition. When asked for a refund for an unfulfilled service the owner got back to me telling me that there was no refund that he was charging for the invested hours. This is like if you hire an architect to build a modern house and you get a Mexican ranch style house or a hobbit house .... and then he charges for the invested time... I guess this is an example of how hard is to find companies with real values... in the long term doing the right things pays off with good reviews and referrals. Think it twice before doing business with this company.
