The person who answered was very helpful and politely answered my questions. I had to check something with DMV, and would get back to them. Yes, siree, that is what happened and I was on my way, passed smog check, within 20 minutes. Lied saying all smog check stations still charge if failed, no some places won't charge unless passed. Also to add one reason for failing was the O2 sensor having a "spacer" that needed to be removed underneath the car, bs!
