I called from my cell to place an order for take-out. Diane took my order and made suggestions to save $ based on their special offer deals they had. When we arrived to pick up our food it was ready and Diane was there waiting with a smile! She knew we were travelling and asked if we wanted disposable plates and utensils because she says it is easier to have this when bringing food back to a hotel. Her customer service skills are amazing - it made me think she would make a very good impression on that Under Cover Boss tv show. Maybe she'll want to move to Halifax? I'll be returning to this PD location on our next monthly trip to Moncton.
