2025 Nissan Rogue from Bravo Nissan Baytown, Tx
Taliah M.

Sebastian Gonzales was our salesman on 6/2/25. Amazing customer service and hospitality. Very thoughtful and patient while assisting mature customers. 10/10 Highly recommend! Please give him an opportunity to serve you.

A screenshot sent instead of the actual photo of damage to our car

My husband bought a used Nissan from Bravo on 9/23 and dropped it off yesterday to get the windshield repaired which was part of the promise note or whatever you want to call it. After dropping off the car we received a voicemail (phone didn't ring) saying there was an incident and to call back. Called around 6pm and was informed that the third party glass company they use had an accident with our vehicle. There wasn't any clear communication about what the actual damage was, how it was damaged or how long it would take to repair the vehicle. Sebastian, the salesman we were eorking with sent a photo of a photo of the damage that was obviously poor quality because it was a screenshot of the original photo taken and not the original photos of the damage. When I asked for more info and better photos, zero response to my inquiries and Sebastian sent photos of the new windshield but none of the actual damage. Originally we were told it was a small scratch on the bottom of the bumper but even from the crappy photo they sent it was obviously worse than they let on. We were told the glass company was going to take care of fixing it but were told the wrong company name. We were told they would be towing it to get it fixed but found out it was being driven back to the glass company after being driven back to Bravo. Finally found out who the glass company was and contacted them directly after being told they would contact us but never did. They were told we approved them to pick it up to be fixed but we never agreed to this, we were just told it was being by them. Bravo mever even told us how long it would take to repair. Finally we just drove to Bravo and asked to speak with the sales manager, Jorge or Jordan? Not really sure what his real name is. He refused to speak with us and sent the Finance guy to cancel the sale with us. The finance guy told us that the GM was busy in a meeting and wouldn't be speaking to us either after another employee had told us he was on the phone and would be just a minute. I ended up raising my voice out of pure frustration and was told to calm down and lower my voice. I threatened to call the police and we were asked to leave. I then made a scene to which attracted the attention of the GM as well as the owner Raymond, the GM Charles Smith, and Johnny Argueta pulled us into an office to further gaslight us without even being aware of what happened or seeing the car. They told us the car had beoken down on the way back from the glass place which I have no reason to believe as it seemed to arrive back at Bravo so I could retrieve my items. Let me reiterate, we had purchased the car and used it for a week before this incident. We had named the car and bought cute bumper magnets, an air freshener, new phone cables, and I had used the birthday gift my mom had gotten me, chrome car emblems to make her ours. They backed out of the deal and took back the car and my birthday gift is now lost forever. We were told they would "cut a check" for our downpayment. That was a lie. We had to wait over 24 hours for the funds to be refunded. They made a lot of promises that they obviously couldn't keep, ie. Sending us home in a new car and not leaving us upset by the situation. They tried to sell us a uaed car with an open recall on it, and a new car with "discounts!" There weren't any discounts. They listed sticker price and didn't charge us for their required add ons that they admit to using low sticker prices to get people in the door and then adding on $3500 security package plus window tint and lifetime carwashes which we didn't want or need as we are moving out of state shortly. We ended up walking away with no car, pending transactions in our bank accounts, and a giant headache. I love my Nissan versa that I already owned and wanted this to be a good experience for my Husband who was purchasing the car for himself. Now I don't think I will ever purchase from a Nissan dealership again!

I really recommend this dealership, the vibe is immaculate and the sales person that we went too was Jordan Flores.

I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Jennifer. From the moment we met,…read moreshe made me feel comfortable and heard. Buying a car can be overwhelming, but Jennifer made the process feel easy and even enjoyable. She took the time to really understand what I needed -- not just trying to make a sale, but making sure I was happy and confident with my decision. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she was patient with all my questions (and there were a lot!). You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Thanks to Jennifer, I found the perfect car for me -- and I'm still smiling every time I drive it. If you're looking for someone who is honest, kind, and truly invested in helping you, go see Jennifer. She's a rare gem in the car business, and I'm so grateful I got to work with her.

Bad experience. It's not the sales Manager Vince, but it's the individual s he hire to perform…read morerepair services. This is a second chance I gave this place based on past experiences. EP was such a nice sales person, this is the only reason I made a purchase there. 5000 miles service, I gave one star because the workers changed my vehicle's settings and seat position, they left oily tissue and oil under my seat in a new vehicle. They did not even provide a compliment car wash or vacuum the vehicle. You will say that those people are concerned about their customers. No! Vince called me this morning concerning the low scores survey, I told him it's the service I received , it's not him, but he did not want to hear that if the score is reflective of your job, you should communicate closely with your workers. Secondly I do not do surveys, but because I was displeased and I had to engage in the application of resetting the system back to how it was I found it very fitting to issue a very low grade to the survey. I spend a lot of money in this vehicle and I cannot allow people to oil it up . Vince's failure not to listen to my plea about alignment. He initially told me it was good and coming to find out it was not. I mean, a lack of accountability. I know what I feel. Then he is telling me to give in a call before I complete the survey next time so the workers can get it right. No, they should get it right the first time. He needs to reside that they gave to sell customers quality products that meet expectations. So little time ; issues have emerged. Again, sent a driver to pick me up and over 30 mins nobody showed up. Standing out in the cold, had to call back, then his excuse was they had many pic ups. Utilize more drivers . It is very important to try to keep customers happy especially when this dealership was given a second change by me. I just needed a vehicle and this is why I made a local purchase, I endured significant hardships too by their sales persons. So overall they are a force to be reckoned with. Then Vince is stating that their vehicle washing equipment was broken. What do we do: COMMUNICATE! This is a critical component in any relationship especially when there is high competition. So think twice before buying from Community Toyota. They don't treat individuals well. They are just interested in money. No creating and maintaining long term relationships with customers or buyers
