I was told to wait again for another week when the temperature recently hit a low of 7 degrees. I understand they are busy, but to lie to me that they would contact me, only to ignore me twice, is a disgusting display of behavior and business. They were supposed to do a complete inventory of my things they moved to their location, per the contract, website, managers and what they told my insurance company. After 6 months, I had to send a letter of demand to retrieve my possessions, only to discover that they cleaned NOTHING, but instead stole the items least damaged and most valuable and personally significant. They pawed through every box, bag and container, haphazardly dumping what they didn'want into random cardboard boxes. To add insult to injury, I had to pay them! I should've noticed the other reviews are all fake. No business has perfect ratings. I never received an inventory, because they couldn't make one, as more than half of my things are missing, including passport, social security card, medical and financial records and irreplaceable family heirlooms. Jennifer Nix, the "contents manager," and Tony the manager, lied to my face as they ripped me off, reassuring me everything would be ok (for their pockets, yes.) I'm aware of two others they've done this to as well. These people are not going to help with anything more than helping themselves to your property and charging ridiculously inflated rates for doing so. BEWARE!

After calling Servpro, they immediately came over and began clean up of our house. They moved most of our belongings to their warehouse in Durango so our stuff would be out of the house during the construction phase. When we were ready to move back into the house Servpro (Rick and LaTanya) delivered our belongings to the house and set the furniture exactly where and how we wanted it. Those two were amazing. We were very impressed with Servpro. Jackie in the office and Zach were very patient and helpful. We were dealing with this from 800 miles away and they helped us through the ordeal. We would recommend them.
