The private art opening featured a pork belly bruschetta with a roasted tomato jam which was so good I still think about it. The baked pecorino baskets with squash and chanterelle mushrooms were so beautiful and delicious. I've never seen anything quite like it. The wine pairing dinner featured a lamb pasta with a deep green nettles sauce that remains a beautiful delicious mystery to me. I thought nettles were weeds! The outdoor dinner on an organic farm in the Bitterroot included a Montana surprise: a cold rainstorm! The wines were fantastic and the food was so delicious it distracted me and I only remembered to take a few pictures. My friends and I were glad the rain didn't chase us away.
