From the very first phone call Valerie made us feel incredible comfortable and she came up with the idea of having activities that represented our relationship to help us relax in front of the camera. My fiancé and I loved the idea and had so much fun during the shoot! Valerie kept us laughing and gave direction which made the whole process so much less stressful! She was also incredibly helpful with coordinating outfits and all the little details needed to make the photos look perfect! Before the wedding, our assigned photographer changed several times, which made the planning process more stressful than it needed to be. I wasn't able to build a connection with the person who would actually be photographing our wedding until just before the event. I eventually reached out to Jaylynn myself so we could go over the timeline and discuss expectations. On the wedding day, Jaylynn was kind and helpful while I was getting ready. She even assisted my bridesmaids with making sure my dress was laying properly, which I appreciated. However, I was surprised that no "getting dressed" photos were taken, as those are moments many couples expect to have documented. Throughout the day, she often asked, "What's next?" which gave me the impression that she wasn't fully familiar with our timeline or directing the flow of the day. The poses and shots also felt fairly standard, and the sample shot list the company provided wasn't followed very closely. Jacob, our videographer, was professional and quietly captured moments throughout the day without being intrusive. At the time of writing this review, we have not yet received our final gallery. I'm sincerely hoping I'm completely wrong about my initial impressions and that the finished photos leave me speechless. Editing can make a tremendous difference, and I truly hope we're blown away by the final product. I'll happily update this review if the gallery exceeds our expectations.

She said they were doing a raffle for a free shoot so I signed up. I realized that they would probably reach out... but not the 8 times in one day that I got. In one of the texts I received, it said I was a "finalist" for winning the free shoot and to reach out to them to set up a time to discuss (i saw the text but didn't have time). When I got ANOTHER call this morning, I spoke to the woman on the phone and she was extremely pushy about setting up a photo shoot time without even discussing pricing, etc. I explained to her that I signed up for the raffle and asked if I had won since I have received so many calls in one day. The line got silent for a while and then she said that there was a misunderstanding and she would add me to the no contact list. She then promptly hung up. However, my mindset was otherwise pre-occupied and I wanted a re-do. The opportunity for the "steal her session" came about and I decided to give this liberating experience another go. The boudoir comes with make-up pampering, wardrobe changes with some assistance in figuring out what outfits to use for the shoot. You are then brought into a room, given the space to change and when the photog re-enters the whole world changes. They ease you into it by showing you poses, and walking you through the entire process piece by peace and each corner of the room sets the scene for fabulous classy photos. The reveal is scheduled for your leisure, it is then that you decide on which package to purchase- payment plans are available upon request. I chose to go with a 40 photo package and the narrowing down from 138 to 40 was very very difficult.
