My favorite repair shop and mechanics retired. I was in desperate need of a good automotive repair shop that I could trust and treated me with respect. In todays world, good luck with that. I took my vehicle to the old shop that had new owners. I had a brake issue. In a nutshell I was treated like crap and there was totally zero respect given my way. They had my vehicle for a full day and did nothing with it and also never called me with any information concerning any updates about the repair. They got back to me a day later mumbling something about my brakes were bad and my master cylinder needed to be replaced if I ever wanted my brakes to work well again. Estimate was just under $700. Really ??? I had heard Braun's Automotive was a place where people were pleased with their work. I went there and explained how I was treated at the other shop and expressed I need a repair shop that I can trust and at least respects me as a customer. Ok, I'll get to the point. Braun's kept me updated about my repair. They did a full inspection of my brake system and fixed my brakes in a timely fashion. I didn't need $700 in repairs for made up problems. They replaced the worn out pins in my rear brake system that made them stick and made my brake pedal spongy. Parts were $12 and labor was &150. I'm telling you right now, If you don't take your car to Braun's for repairs.....your missing out on a great, fantastic, trustworthy repair shop. They will now have my business forever. I appreciate the customer service and the receptionist's professionalism along with Kurt's very honest and honorable repairs. there are good people in our world....I'm so happy I have found a new repair shop.
