I come here every now and then since the one that was by my house shut down and turned into a McDonald's. This place still serves the same great stuff as they did back then and the prices are still good. The ice cream is always a nice treat to have and the burgers hit the spot read more

Custom,standard Braum's... nothing to write home about. Kinda frustrating when you order 2 hot caramel sundaes,one with vanilla frozen yogurt and they don't specify which is which and on top of that are stingy with the caramel. read more

This location is always busy. The drive thru is wrapped around the building and parking lot every time I come. I usually go inside because the line is shorter, even though it's pretty packed inside too. Since COVID-19, they've implemented 6 foot markers, required masks, and marked off tables so it abodes by social distancing laws. The food is good and hot, and the ice cream as always, is delicious. I'm giving 4 stars because one time an employee was very rude and melting asking us if we have been served yet four different times. read more

The store is always pretty busy, unless you go really early in the morning. The staff is friendly and usually pretty quick. The store is clean, but can get pretty messy at very busy times. same with the parking lot. The food is prepared quickly and is consistently good. And, they have pretty damn good ice cream. read more

The girl taking our order was so unprofessional. She was gossiping with her coworker while making our order. No customer wants to hear that.

Was awesome burger tasted great everything was fresh. I opted for sliced chilies burger. Onions were awesome inside. Bun great quality as was the meat. Cooked perfectly. Dr Pepper was the drink no ice. Heck its Braums so in reality went with icecream first. 2 scoops of raspberry with fudge, peanuts and bananas. Seems crazy but I love raspberry ice cream. I've written a review here before and for some reason Yelp* is asking me to do another. I can tell you nothing has changed from my previous review so here it is: It's Braum's so you know the ice cream is good. The burgers are good to. What this location lacks is service. The kids behind the counter are undiciplined and apparently often unsupervised or they wouldn't be playing grab-ass behind the counter. We go there frequently and it's usually the same unless an adult manager is nearby. The dining room is huge and really requires someone to be assigned out there to bus tables but often the tables are not clean and the condiment/utensil bar is a mess. If management would get a handle on things this would be a great location. The grocery side is very large with a big selection of all items, not just ice cream. read more

Let me start out with the good. They have wonderful ice cream. On to the bad- this time we visited this location, the girl scooping the ice cream was rude, telling my husband that the pronounced butter brickle as butter brick. I was kind of annoyed by this, but decided to ignore it. However, going to the register to pay for a single dip cone and small drink became a fiasco. The cashier did not add the small drink to the order. She also pressed cash for the transaction instead of credit card all while holding the credit card in her hand. She called the manager over to help her correct the problem, and the manager was rude. She could not figure out how to correct our order and add what was repeatedly requested. Overall, this was the worst experience I have had going to this Braums location. Next time I want ice cream we will probably go elsewhere. read more

I felt I had to share my experience as I have never seen anything so ridiculous in my life. I'm'm in line and I see this new cheese burger loaded with cheese and I try to order it and the taking my order must have been high on something he keeps repeating number 1 and it didn't look nothing like the add on the speaker so he verifies the number one is the cheese burger and the size of the cheeseburger is 1/3 pound which happened to be the same as the number 1. I verify one last time before I order and pull up to the first window pull out my money and I have to wait with my hand out so long it starts to get tired and I pull it back in. He takes at least two orders maybe three and then acknowledges I'm there and I proceed to the next window and again verified because something seemed off and you can tell none of these employees were properly trained as she didn't realize they had the cheese burger I was talking about. I give up drive home find after asking multiple times for the cheese burger my burger didn't have any cheese whatsoever! On top of all that they gave no ketchup for the fries so that's useless as well. I will never come back to this establishment again because working in the food industry previously I know that they have these management and training problems there's most likely other things being done wrong with the food handling. read more

I have been here several times this location is very clean and Huge! and I really did enjoy my past experiences here Except this last time I came in with my boyfriend and the girl serving us our Ice cream named Ritaa with an extra "A" for ATTITUDE!!!!!!! was being so rude she had a really bad smirk on her face the whole time and did not even greet us on our way in or out!!! She then messed up our order and when my boyfriend asked her to please correct it she snatched the sundae cup out his hand rolled her eyes and walked away to fix it did not even apologize for her Mistake!!!!!
