I went up there yesterday afternoon with the goal that I'm going to save money. It's been a push lately that I'd do so. So instead of ordering a meal, I ordered a burger and a medium water and was told to pull up without them giving my price. The burger was 5.50. I thought I was doing good. When I pulled to the window, my total was 7.70 or around that. I asked why the price was so high and she told me that the water I ordered was $1.25 (the same price as a soda). I asked why the water was so expensive as it's literally tap water and she told me I was paying for the cup. A cup, that is worth a nickel. It rubbed me so wrong that I'm up at 3:24 AM writing this review over 15 hours later. The greed of these companies is disgusting. I could have gotten a large water and McDonald's for a quarter, and their cups are worth slightly more. Honestly, this rubbed me so wrong that I'll probably never eat at Braums again. read more

This location only opened about a month and a half ago, and already the food and the service are the worst. I went there yesterday. They were overstaffed to the point employees were tripping over each other. I ordered the most basic burger combo on the menu and was told it would be out "momentarily." I had to wait over 25 minutes, and what came out looked as if it had been dropped on the floor and remade three times. No tomato. Lettuce spilling all over the place. Overdone burger patties that tasted funny. Ice-cold fries that tasted flat. Definitely won't be back. read more

Another North Texas chain that use to exist in this area but left town... The food is food ya know- fast food. I must come off as a pig but it's the ice cream, milkshakes, ice cream, milkshakes... double dip sundaes, fancy sundaes, a variety of toppings, milkshakes that will make your thighs tingle trying to pick the right mixture. The store is actually the best part. I love their milk. There is nothing out there like it. Promise Land comes close but it still isn't Braum's Milk. The cheeses are great too. I can handle or try to restrain from ordering food, milkshakes, sundaes, etc. but I wish they were closer so I could buy my milk from them and really enjoy it. read more

Grilled Chicken Club meal. Perhaps the most disgusting sandwich I've ever been served. Super salty, at least a half cup of off-tasting mayo, but worst of all, and even dangerous, was the rubbery, underdone chicken. I promise you that the internal temp of the chicken never got to bacteria-killing temp. Was famished, but barely swallowed the first bite, then spit out the second. Left a slimy coating in my mouth that couldn't get rid of. Even fries were funky, cooked at way too high of a temp. Manager was apologetic, and did refund my money. So there's that. I have been to this location several times. I think the food here is a couple of notches above your typical fast food places. The prices of the food are very reasonable, the speed of the food preparation is acceptable, and the people working there have a good attitude toward customers. I typically go to get a mix or an ice cream. Definitely better, and a whole lot cheaper, than Baskin-Robbins. read more

Order #834 09/29/2015 06:42 PM - Eat a bacon cheeseburger combo and a Frozen Yogurt Cone - started to feel ill about three hours after, got violently sick about an hour after that coming out both ends. I had not eaten anything else that day but Braum's. Now 10/01/2015 still feeling ill, will probably end up at ER if I can't get better. Definitely a bad case of food poisoning - not just a upset stomach. When I called the store about it they said "nobody has ever gotten sick eating our food..." and that they "throw away their patties after 25 minutes..." the lady didn't even really care that I got sick and got very defensive - no empathy or care about me being severely sick going on two days after eating there. First off, we don't go anywhere else for milk. Braum's is local, steroid and hormone free milk. I've got two babies and only give them braums milk. Second, their market inside is awesome, great meat and cheese. A little expensive, but you get what you pay for. The food is fine, they've had some green chili burritos and burgers that are pretty fantastic, but their food is regular fast food fair. But their ice cream and frozen yogurt! Holy cow. My mom and I stopped in on July 13 2015 at around 8:30 p.m. They were having a two for six ice cream sale. We got a couple of cartons and started to pay out, but we decided to get a couple of yogurt cones too. We asked the lady if we could pay for all of it at her counter, she said we could take the cartons and pay for them when we got our cones. There was a long line, as we are standing in line there was an older man behind the counter with a cone in his hand, coughing all over the cone. I mean the guy was hacking up a lung! Never once covered his mouth. We looked at each other and walked off. We went back to the other counter and paid for the cartons of ice cream and left. There was no way I was going to eat anything with that nasty man fixing it!
