Ok cheeseburger and fries. But they have great ice cream and sundaes for dessert. And a convenient place to pickup a few groceries while you're there. Service and ambiance is to be expected as it is at a fast food restaurant. read more

The food is always fresh and the staff is cheerful and helpful. There's something for everyone on the menu. The grocery section is very well thought out and so healthy and fresh. The best part is the ice cream, with new flavors to try appearing quite often, so if it's been a while you might want to stop by and see if anything strikes your fancy with free samples. Never trust negative reviews, some people are only happy when they're complaining. read more

I went up there yesterday afternoon with the goal that I'm going to save money. It's been a push lately that I'd do so. So instead of ordering a meal, I ordered a burger and a medium water and was told to pull up without them giving my price. The burger was 5.50. I thought I was doing good. When I pulled to the window, my total was 7.70 or around that. I asked why the price was so high and she told me that the water I ordered was $1.25 (the same price as a soda). I asked why the water was so expensive as it's literally tap water and she told me I was paying for the cup. A cup, that is worth a nickel. It rubbed me so wrong that I'm up at 3:24 AM writing this review over 15 hours later. The greed of these companies is disgusting. I could have gotten a large water and McDonald's for a quarter, and their cups are worth slightly more. Honestly, this rubbed me so wrong that I'll probably never eat at Braums again. read more

So disappointing. I asked for a chicken sandwich but only if it was mad fresh. Too many times the chicken is made ahead and sits under the heat lamp til it is dried out and that is exactly what i got. Not eatable. Same with the fries, not fresh. Burger was good though. read more

This location only opened about a month and a half ago, and already the food and the service are the worst. I went there yesterday. They were overstaffed to the point employees were tripping over each other. I ordered the most basic burger combo on the menu and was told it would be out "momentarily." I had to wait over 25 minutes, and what came out looked as if it had been dropped on the floor and remade three times. No tomato. Lettuce spilling all over the place. Overdone burger patties that tasted funny. Ice-cold fries that tasted flat. Definitely won't be back. read more

The chicken sandwich was terrible. it was too salty and the chicken was bad too. Also the fries were too salty.

Chicken sandwich... Awesome. Fries... The saltiest fries you will ever get. Be careful. High blood pressure is at risk here read more

Amazing ice cream, super cheap prices, nice staff, A LOT of ice cream. Will be going back monthly!! read more

Braum's - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Burkburnett, Texas

Waited in line for several minutes inside but was never recognized by employees who were too busy filling drive thru orders. Store was filthy inside as well. Love Braums but I'll skip this store from now on. read more

Another North Texas chain that use to exist in this area but left town... The food is food ya know- fast food. I must come off as a pig but it's the ice cream, milkshakes, ice cream, milkshakes... double dip sundaes, fancy sundaes, a variety of toppings, milkshakes that will make your thighs tingle trying to pick the right mixture. The store is actually the best part. I love their milk. There is nothing out there like it. Promise Land comes close but it still isn't Braum's Milk. The cheeses are great too. I can handle or try to restrain from ordering food, milkshakes, sundaes, etc. but I wish they were closer so I could buy my milk from them and really enjoy it. read more

Braum's - braum's ice cream and dairy store - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Burkburnett, Texas

This is the best ice cream place! The ice cream is always fresh. I would definitely recommend

Strange, I stop through here occasionally when traveling for business. It was exceptionally cleaner than usual. Maybe a change in management? Regardless, nice people, great ice cream. read more

They have really great breakfast menu. Everything always good and very reasonably priced. They have best ice cream - love their frozen yogurt. read more

Great food at a low price. Had a quarter pound burger with everything on it, fries, and a butter pecan milkshake for $6 and some change. Pretty good deal in my book. read more

Their intercom could use replacing. It's rare that they get our order right in the drive through.

Braums! Love the icecream and even the burgers and fries! Also have a great section to by dairy like all braums. Yum!

Best butter finger Ice cream ever been going to this place for years. The food is good and the ice cream is my favorite!

Grilled Chicken Club meal. Perhaps the most disgusting sandwich I've ever been served. Super salty, at least a half cup of off-tasting mayo, but worst of all, and even dangerous, was the rubbery, underdone chicken. I promise you that the internal temp of the chicken never got to bacteria-killing temp. Was famished, but barely swallowed the first bite, then spit out the second. Left a slimy coating in my mouth that couldn't get rid of. Even fries were funky, cooked at way too high of a temp. Manager was apologetic, and did refund my money. So there's that. It will be a long, long time before I ever try another Braum's. read more

Came in for small $1.99 shakes. Thank you Ethen for the exceptional service, your patience and recommendations!

I have been to this location several times. I think the food here is a couple of notches above your typical fast food places. The prices of the food are very reasonable, the speed of the food preparation is acceptable, and the people working there have a good attitude toward customers. I typically go to get a mix or an ice cream. Definitely better, and a whole lot cheaper, than Baskin-Robbins. read more

I enjoy the friendly and professional customer service. It is clean and quick, most of the time. My husband is particularly, a fan of yours. read more

Order #834 09/29/2015 06:42 PM - Eat a bacon cheeseburger combo and a Frozen Yogurt Cone - started to feel ill about three hours after, got violently sick about an hour after that coming out both ends. I had not eaten anything else that day but Braum's. Now 10/01/2015 still feeling ill, will probably end up at ER if I can't get better. Definitely a bad case of food poisoning - not just a upset stomach. When I called the store about it they said "nobody has ever gotten sick eating our food..." and that they "throw away their patties after 25 minutes..." the lady didn't even really care that I got sick and got very defensive - no empathy or care about me being severely sick going on two days after eating there. DO NOT EAT HERE! read more

First off, we don't go anywhere else for milk. Braum's is local, steroid and hormone free milk. I've got two babies and only give them braums milk. Second, their market inside is awesome, great meat and cheese. A little expensive, but you get what you pay for. The food is fine, they've had some green chili burritos and burgers that are pretty fantastic, but their food is regular fast food fair. But their ice cream and frozen yogurt! Holy cow. It is the best ice cream place I have ever been to. I can not recommend it enough. read more

My mom and I stopped in on July 13 2015 at around 8:30 p.m. They were having a two for six ice cream sale. We got a couple of cartons and started to pay out, but we decided to get a couple of yogurt cones too. We asked the lady if we could pay for all of it at her counter, she said we could take the cartons and pay for them when we got our cones. There was a long line, as we are standing in line there was an older man behind the counter with a cone in his hand, coughing all over the cone. I mean the guy was hacking up a lung! Never once covered his mouth. We looked at each other and walked off. We went back to the other counter and paid for the cartons of ice cream and left. There was no way I was going to eat anything with that nasty man fixing it! I can't believe that he didn't even turn his head or try to cover his mouth, just coughed and coughed all over the cone in his hand, then reached down into the container of ice cream....GROSS!! read more
