Usually with veggie meals you leave feeling unhungry but not really satisfied. This is not the case at Tinsel. My breakfasts are so good that I'm good to go until the evening. Only word of warning is that the afternoons on weekends the place is packed and not fun. Best to go early or weekdays if you want a relaxing meal.
