I have a friend who basically does a similar job and has helped me immensely in the past, but inevitably we end up chit chatting and doing other things, though we have kicked serious butt in the Area over the years. I'm basically the only child of an only child and I inherited everything after my grandparents and mom passed away. My grandpa was a collector of all sorts huge and small as was my mom and it just become too overwhelming to sort through all the stuff! It wasn't so much emotionally overwhelming, but I would get sidetracked and distracted so easily. Starting was easy, but finishing was a problem. Joey showed up on time and wasted none.
