Good place for a cold beer and to watch the game. The bar tenders are also very attentive.

The waiter was super funny and friendly, the drinks were good and the fried pickles and Ruben sandwich was great! We sat outside I couldn't have been happier with my experience

Has a bar area and plenty of tables inside. There's also a patio great for watching live music. Best things about it are the drinks and food. It's fairly cheap as far as how popular it is. This is one of the main hangouts east of the campus area along with the Rose Bowl which is next to here and always has music on weekends. Come chill. It's about $5 to get basic mixers like Jameson and whatever. Food is better than expected. It's about $11 for an entree like a burger. These come with a side. I got a Veggie Burger. The coolest thing is they have a toppings bar where you can top it with onions, pickles, or whatever. Loaded it up and it was a glorious mess. The rest of the menu has other sandwiches including grilled cheese, Reubens, and others. For sure it's a classic and there's plenty more things coming. It's located on Water among some back alleys and other unassuming places. The best times are weekends when there's music and stuff.

This is a bar for the myspace crowd as opposed to the facebookers that inhabit most CU establishments. A word of advice: don't whip out your iPhone in here, and avoid iContact. If you are willing to go dressed down (black is the new dirty) and with the proper mindset, this place can be a ton of fun. If you are into people watching, you will see some truly delightful specimens. I wont spoil it for you, but www.peopleofwalmart.com has nothing on It'll Do Too. Try not to point and laugh; I don't want to have on my conscience the shivvin' of a fellow yelper. The bar's 'sister' is of course It'll Do, a biker bar in Tolono. The crowd on the night I went (Friday, when a harrd rawk cover band was playing) was a lot of bikers, a few pool sharks, some baby boomer groupies that would make you shudder, and a lot of good, working class folk that tend to hide from the often obnoxious student-centric bars. It was a lot of fun, and they had 20 oz drafts for $3, and cans of Bud Light and Busch Light for (I assume) $1 or so. The shots were pretty generous, (though in plastic cups unless you went top shelf) and the bartenders really efficient and friendly. They had three pool tables of average quality and above average players, the largest (physically) juke box you have ever seen, a brand-new megatouch, and at least a half-dozen of the video poker/slot machine games.

The bands aren't playing. The karaoke has stopped. The clientele has changed a bit. Fu is running the place now, so that means, if you want a "Little White Lie" or "Hot and Dirty Pickle", you go here for it, and not to Radio Maria. He brought over his InFUsions, when he took over. He's revamped the cocktail list, and is working hard on the beer selection. When I get done bartending, I like to have a drink to unwind. I prefer to have a little bit of quiet alone time, time to get away from the happy revelers that I've just been serving. I don't need a lot of time, I just want a little bit of time away from people. Maybe, I don't want to talk anymore. I need a vest like working dogs have that says "don't pet me". There are a lot of service industry folk who are the same way. Bentley's is currently the "safe space" for bartenders. Without the music and karaoke, it's not filled with the drunken revelers. It does, however, have some of the best drinks, at affordable prices, and the unwashed masses are staying away. I can live with that. But then, if the bartenders are all drinking here, doesn't that mean it's probably the best? If it's where the professionals go... then, that should tell you something.
