Once our decisions were made the needed documents were prepared in a timely manner and the signing of the documents was handled in a serious and professional manner. Every time I call (once a month) the receptionist gives me a new excuse and also tells me the lawyers are never in but I know somebody who used to work for this firm and they specifically told me they do this to all their clients and they told me their names!. They don't answer calls they never reply to voicemails or messages they literally blatantly ignore you or put you through to fake extensions which they know nobody will respond to. One representative who works there told me yes the people you need to speak to are here I just saw them walk past my desk, the receptionist I call 1 minute later tells me they're not in. This is supposed to be a representable legal FIRM! I hope anybody who has an accident googles these people first and if they already have them as lawyers on their case get it Changed like Immediately. And every time I call I have a different lawyer is handling my case, I literally can't keep up with the list of names i've gotten thus far. Check googles reviews as well..
