They don't answer calls they never reply to voicemails or messages they literally blatantly ignore you or put you through to fake extensions which they know nobody will respond to. One representative who works there told me yes the people you need to speak to are here I just saw them walk past my desk, the receptionist I call 1 minute later tells me they're not in. This is supposed to be a representable legal FIRM! I hope anybody who has an accident googles these people first and if they already have them as lawyers on their case get it Changed like Immediately.
