It really is a shame, the tractors themselves arent that bad, I actually own 2 Bransons and they are 2004 and 2007 and I have almost 2000 hours and really the break downs have been very basic and low cost. Everything and anything you buy will have its problem and that's to be expected. However the mark of a good business is how they respond to those problems, and this is where Branson and its dealers really drop the ball... No responses from Branson for anything ever....ever. On top of that the local dealer knows he is the only one for miles, so you end up getting screwed for parts and service. For those reasons I will never ever get another Branson based on the parts and the service, it doesn't help that the manuals are not in English and are so badly written... Sigh.. what a shame they actually aren't bad machines. You can have a beautiful machine rendered useless because you cant get a simple part... Company does not honnor waranties and the tractors fall apart very fast. Make sure you do your homework and see how others report how manufacturer does not honor waranty, tractors have loader, engine, electrical and cooling issues. Use dealer locator to see if a dealer even exists near you or WHEN (not if) you have problems you will be required on your own dime to get your equipment to them for repair. If the dealer is not in your area or even state it will cost you a pretty penny getting it back and forth to the dealer, ours had to travel over 5 hours each way. Interest on these tractors is very high, Kubota and Deere offer much better finance options. Resale value is very low on these tractors due to there bad reputation and low quality. If you combine these FACTS you will see these tractors are of vertually no value and certainly not a choice over low finance costs, better resale value, more reliable and closer dealer support of the more well known equipment. Avoid Branson they make a bad product. read more

This is the kind of work Branson let's their dealers do and charge Branson for. All this work was done under warranty and took over 3 months to complete. When I pointed out the the owner of big Red's Equipment in Granbury Tx the issues he told me this was acceptable work. And if I wanted it fixed I would have to leave it with them for an additional month. This is giving the Branson name an very bad reputation if the factory is paying them to do this kind of work. I'm in the process of getting an attorney to get them to honor the warranty on this tractor. I own a 2016 Branson 7845R with only 600 hrs use. The tractor is now getting fuel in the oil. This will most likely be a costly repair on a basically new tractor. These tractors are junk. read more

My tractor arrived with a leaking transmission. I brought it back to the dealer the first day I had it. They claimed to fix it however after the hour gauge reached only 4.2 hours the transmission gave out and the tractor would not move. We had to recover it with my friends Kubota who of course laughed at the Branson the whole time rubbing in about the Korean piece of crap I purchased. Manufacturer refused to repair or warrantee it saying we should not have driven it. I do not understand how after we get it back from the dealer who says it is good to go that I am not supposed to drive my brand new tractor that has already been to the dealer at point 6 hours. The manufacturer refuses to do anything and will not return calls. Very low quality tractors. I am sucking up my losses and buying a Kubota or Deere. Lesson learned the hard way, dont make the same mistakes I did. read more

They have the worst customer service. I keep being transferred and never getting a call back from any voicemails I leave. I don't know what kind of business they run but there's no way 3 supervisors are always out of town or always in a meeting for 2.5 months now. $30k in equipment might not be a lot for a big company but it is a lot for me. They do not stand behind their products and will blame you for anything that happened to your equipments even though their dealer didn't fix it correctly and now I am sitting with a tractor that is still draining my pocket but not helping in any revenue. read more

I've got a great dealer and absolutely no problems. Although i have ordered any parts so I am not sure how well the parts part of the company is! A friend of my bought a new tractor with red paint,different brand and had trouble the day after he got it. And what makes it worse he paid a lot more for his than I paid for mine. read more

Tractor has 100 hours on it so far and has been a pretty decent runner, although the 25 HP tractors (as expected) do not have enough power to effectively operate a backhoe. Aside from that, the biggest issue with the tractor itself is a design flaw where the placement of one of the hydraulic fluid filters butts up against the bracket that attaches the backhoe. I discovered this during the 50 hour maintenance when I went to change the filter I saw I would have to remove the entire bracket on the left side to get the filter off. In fact the the top of the oil filter itself was butted up against the bracket and appeared to only be a matter of time before wear either wore through the filter or caused a break at the filter attachment point. There is no way this is NOT a design flaw because apparently Branson produced a different style bracket that remedies this. Its now 50+ hours operation on it since I pointed this out to both the dealer and Branson tractors. The dealer, who has been pretty helpful and responsive, indicated to me that Branson would send out the newer bracket and they would put it on. That was 50 hours ago (6 months ago) and Im still waiting. To make it worse what I had thought might happen has happened and there is now a leak coming from the filter. I shouldn't have to remove major parts of the tractor just to change an oil filter. And even if I did the same crap would happen again. Its holding me up.
