Waste of money. As soon as we bought our tickets, got an emergency call. Didn't even take a step into the haunt. Had to leave immediately, asked for a refund and got a condescending "No, sorry" from the management. Won't be returning. read more

PSA we 100% would discourage EVERYONE from going to Branson Scream Park where one of the "actors" called My 14 year old son a prick. 3 more "actors" closed in on My 14 year old nephew until he was almost shoved in a tub and I had to go back and pull one of them off of him to get him away. Mama Bear came UNDONE along with the rest of our group. Management sucks and has no clue how to conduct customer service or genuine concern for their attendees. Would barely give the owners name (said it was Jim Kelley but who knows) would not give any contact information. Ruined the entire rest of the park for us and refused any type of refund for any portion of their poor setup. We were so excited and now won't be back. We've been several years in a row and have never experienced anything like this disappointment. It was so silly and so unnecessary. I left a review on their FB and the dude that actually did it wanted to argue with me and then of course it was all deleted because he made himself sound stupid and I'm sure the uppers don't care for that sort of thing. read more

If I could give it less than a one star rating I would. My best friends and I have been going to this haunted house for at least the last 5-7 years. Only in the last couple of years did the quality start to really go down hill fast. The first few years were absolutely phenomenal. They seemed to have more than enough staff to follow you around throughout the entire haunted house to really give you that creeped out eerie feeling that someone's following you. I used to almost cry because it would be so scary and realistic. Last year my friend and I went and we felt like it was literally the same like 2-5 actors following us room to room trying to scare us and because they kept repeating the same exact people throughout the whole thing they just weren't scary at all anymore after the first couple of times that they scared you. For the area it's definitely one of the bigger if not one of the biggest haunted houses but by far it is not the best quality. I'm so sad to say that because of it's deteriorating quality throughout the last few years we have to cancel this haunted house completely as our yearly fall tradition that we've had for almost ten years now. It makes me really sad but we just really felt like it was nit only a waste of $20 per person for all their haunted events/houses but it was an absolute waste of our gas and more importantly our time. I really really wish it were as good as it used to be. It makes me so sad that it just isn't good anymore. They used to have spooky scary people that were in their parking lot so that you'd literally get scared s***less before we even stepped out of our car. Like we'd be so scared from the entire thing and then come out of the haunted house and get scared by their actors in the parking lot that we would run as fast as we could screaming the entire way to our car to look the doors for safety lol. I don't know if they just forgot about the little touches like that (having people scaring you in the parking lot before you'd even bought your tickets) or if they've just been having that bad of staffing issues and can't get it as fully staffed as they need to be. I'm really going to miss going here. Maybe in a few years I'll come back and it will be better. read more
