She was nice however the company should not have represented her as someone who could fill the role of a caregiver. This company just sends someone out to fix dinner, read the newspaper, then bills for it. My brother was unhappy too and started to look at other options. I particularly wish employees were more engaged with elderly residents in wheelchairs were gathered in the main entry. We were told they gathered residents here for social engagement - but no one is socially engaged. The lack of engagement between residents and staff on their phones makes Lakeview advance patient care a very lonely place to be.
