Highly recommended!…read more Shane acted as my listing agent and worked efficiently to get my house sold and efficiently helped with navigating any issues that came up. He was always a quick message away and his effort and dedication was evident from the beginning. He helped with multiple issues that came up including negotiations and repairs. But most importantly, he was honest and considered my best interest in the decisions he recommended, which the other reviews here will also attest to. I actually found Shane through Yelp and am very happy that I made contact. I know who I'm going to the next time I have a real estate-related issue.

I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

Selling a home after a family member passes away is always going to be super stressful, but my…read moresituation was especially difficult because the home my late uncle owned in Vegas was co-owned by my ailing grandmother, and I was out of the state trying to manage her care. From the moment I reached out to him, Tony (and, later, his associate Rachael DiPietro) made the homeselling process incredibly smooth, keeping me in the loop at each step of the way, instantly responding to every question I had, and making sure to look out for our family's best interests. After a couple phone calls, I met him in person when I flew in to Vegas to move some things out of the home, and he checked every box, just a genuinely smart, knowledgable person. He went above and beyond at every step, hiring the contractors to clean the home, handle landscaping, and photograph it for sale. He literally got on his hands and knees with a bottle of Goo Gone to remove a bunch of carpet tape marks left in the kitchen! Who does that?? As for the sale, we ended up with multiple bids right away and it closed above asking. Except for one notary signing, everything was handled remotely and digitally, which was exactly what we needed at this difficult time. I don't know how it could have gone any smoother. Incredibly impressed, I can't recommend him highly enough.

And all I can say is that Lisa is the most professional real estate professional I have ever done business with. She has the capability to help with everything from due diligence to finding the right comps so you could understand what you're really bidding on. Her professionalism saved us thousands of dollars as well as eliminated headaches before they ever started. She was able to help us avoid things that otherwise would become huge problem and at the same time help us find the perfect investment. And keep in mind that I'm writing this review months after the fact, so we really know how great everything has gone. Thank you Lisa for everything.

Of…read morecourse they make it clear that's not what they are doing and that there are no guarantees. BTW Scott does not show up. They hooked me in with a free introductory presentation over lunch. We sat through the first used car salesman who would start many questions with "raise your hand if." Five obviously yes questions culminated in a request to sign up for the 3 day $997 class. At the beginning of the meeting they said "don't leave early because everyone will get a $250 travel voucher. Lunch turned out to be a lunch meat sandwich in a box with a bag of chips and a apple. No drink. I was a sucker and stayed for the travel voucher. Tried to use it. Found out that you could purchase items, wine and travel. Tried to purchase a over priced kitchen mixer. Could I apply the $250 to the cost......no. They let you apply a small amount. With the $50 discount it was cheaper to buy the same product online. Voucher worthless. Even my condo presentation people came through with the $200 Visa card. The second speaker was a bigger used car salesman. He was selling a 2 1/2 day options training class for $299. Actually probably a better deal. More people would probably make money trading options than a "wholesale (no repair) flip" scheme. Save your money. Scott, bring back the show.

Scott himself was not present, of course. This first presenter, "Trent" provided some very basic strategies about a few flip concepts. The "meat" of the highly scripted and staged presentation is ongoing promotion of a $2,000 three-day seminar. Based on further research on my part, I later learned that the $2,000 seminar is basically a sales pitch for $20K to $40K worth of "additional training" and "mentoring." All of the success stories that they described came from these people who bought these additional materials or training. I believe that this is horribly deceptive, misleading and unethical and it seems like they are preying on the unsophisticated and the elderly. The address and phone in this listing cannot be found on their website. Hmmmm... What really confused me was their "no credit" loan process. There were no details on how this really works, and there are zero opportunities for questions or discussion from the audience. The communication was all one-way, well crafted and tightly controlled. The tax liens presentation was interesting, but it had a $1,500 "membership" for access. The presenter was one of the slickest guys I have ever seen. I'm a marketing professional myself, but I was just marveling at his presentation style. I just looked up my 401K. I've been doing 12.52% since 2009 with pre-tax dollars, so I don't know how much an 18% lien with after-tax dollars really beats that. I left after about 3-1/2 hours, losing out on my "free gifts" in the process. The home needed extensive work, including new carpet and vinyl flooring, interior paint, garage door opener replacement, landscaping, trash removal, minor plumbing repairs, sliding glass door adjustments, and a full home cleaning. Since I live in California, Kelly handled everything for me as he coordinated with contractors, gathered quotes, and managed the entire rehab schedule. What impressed me most was the speed and efficiency. The property was completely rehabbed and rent-ready in under three weeks. Even more, Kelly secured and placed a qualified tenant before the home was listed on the MLS. I was expecting at least three months of vacancy, but thanks to Kelly's hard work, it was only one month. As a real estate investor for over 25 years, I can confidently say this was the best property management experience I've ever had. Kelly truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend him to any property owner looking for reliable, hands-on property management or real estate services. Hard to find trustful people like Kelly in Las Vegas.

Outstanding Service and Unmatched Dedication!…read more Our experience with Havenhurst Realty and Property Management was nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, Kelly's commitment to customer service stood out. Every interaction was personal, thoughtful, and focused on our needs--not just making a sale. He made time for us even on short notice, listened to our ever-changing wants and ultimately found our dream home. What we appreciated most was the time and effort Kelly put into helping us find the perfect home. He is incredibly patient and truly took the time to understand what we were looking for - which is how he found our home - he scheduled a showing, just suggesting we go see it. He was right, we immediately fell in love with the home. He answered questions on questions with detailed and thoughtful responses. He showed us a variety of options, offered insights based on years of knowledge in this specific area, Summerlin, though he knows all of Las Vegas well and truly keeps up with his market research and the ever evolving RE landscape. During the time we bought, time was a huge factor in securing a property and Kelly took that seriously both in showings and communicating with us once an offer was submitted. His attention to detail and deep knowledge of the market gave us total confidence. Thanks to Kelly, we found a home that checked all the boxes--and then some! Two years later and we're even happier with our home now than we were then. I can wholeheartedly recommend Kelly Hurst with Havenhurst Realty for all of your real estate and property management needs!!
