We entrusted Chris Najarro with our home searching needs. He made our "home search/tours" so easy! He listened to what we liked and didn't like, and hit the nail on the head with home showings. We never felt unheard. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and so easy to work with. When you're looking for an agent, it NEEDS to be someone who makes you feel comfortable, and Chris set the tone from the beginning. He simplified every step of the process; is well connected with other brokers, consultants, appraisers, title, inspectors, and seamlessly supported our needs. I've sent him numerous texts and emails, and he was super responsive and provided me with plentiful information. We are planning for investment properties next, and will work with Chris and his team over and over again!! Chris, thank you for all you have done to make one of our dreams a reality. Chris was top-notch from the moment that we met him, and he really listened to our requests and answered all of our questions and concerns. After touring several new developments, Chris suggested that we look at some newer homes that were just a few years old but fit the criteria that we requested. We found the perfect fit for us in Summerlin and very pleased with how smooth the whole process and escrow went. Chris knows Las Vegas and really went above and beyond to ensure that we got the house that we wanted and communicated to us every step of the way. We HIGHLY recommend Chris and the Najarro Group for all of your real estate needs!

This was my second transaction with him over the past three years. Dale has a lot of knowledge of the Las Vegas housing market and I really appreciated the fact he took time to give me his impressions. I never felt strong-armed or pressured to buy anything. I am a few years away from retirement and have decided that Nevada is where I do want to retire. I made a must have list which covered the 10 key items important for me in a home, desert landscaping, no pool, central location, rental potential, resale, proximity to freeway/airport etc. Dale took me out "looking" and the first house he took me too literally had every item I wanted! I wrote an offer which I believe was fare and it was accepted. My escrow was a bit of roller coaster ride (lender), and Dale and Robin took time to continually monitor the process and help me make it move forward. In the end I have a great! home and I'm excited to have a fun Vegas place to call home. Berkshire Hathaway imposes some fees to buyers, legal apparently in Nevada but something I'm not accustomed to. I'd advise all buyers to closely look at what their cost will ultimately be. Nevada has low property tax, no personal income tax and the housing market seems to be doing well, I like the 24/7 feeling of Las Vegas and this ultimately influenced my decision to retire her vs other sunbelt destinations.

Throughout the entire process, she made me feel like I was her only client, even though I know she has many. One of the biggest surprises was when I ran into problems obtaining homeowners insurance through Travelers. Maryann immediately stepped in, recommended another insurance company, and helped me secure coverage that not only solved the problem but also saved me approximately $900 per year. She was always available whenever I texted or called, and whenever an issue arose, she addressed it immediately and stayed on top of it until it was resolved. That kind of responsiveness is rare. As a retired Human Resources Director, I've spent my career evaluating people and recognizing exceptional talent. When I find someone who is intelligent, highly competent, proactive, and truly gets things done, that's the kind of professional I want to work with. Maryann is exactly that person. I also want to recognize her broker, Craig Tann. He is fortunate to have Maryann on his team because she represents Huntington & Ellis with professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Maryann to anyone buying or selling a home in Las Vegas.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!…read more Unless of course harassment and unprofessionalism is what you want out of a so called "professional" in the real estate community. On May 18, 2026 we received a letter from Dana Realty Group regarding a change in property management. We have been with our previous property management company since 2023. We immediately reached out to them regarding the letter and was told that there is no change in property management and if there will be then we'd be notified from them. Which was the right thing to do because why would I pay a new management company our hard earned rent money when I don't know them and with a lot of scams going on in the world, anyone could've easily left a letter at my door claiming to be our new property manager. If there was such change, why wouldn't our old property management company know about it? Not only was that suspicious but I have proof of Wendi asking me for my lease agreement. If you were my new property manager, like you claim, would you not have that information already in hand? Why would I need to send that to you? We remained in contact because if such change were to be true, then we'd respect Dana Realty and do the right thing. However, until we received notice from our old property management company regarding the change then I'd trust my old property management company to do their legal obligation and transfer the funds but because the home owner, Wendi Dana's new client who shall not be named, was too impatient to wait for such change Wendi and the home owner decided to harass us by posting a 7 day rent to quit notice to start an eviction process!!!! I have sent WENDI AND HER CLIENT MULTIPLE TIMES PROOF THAT OUR RENT HAD BEEN PAID!!!! IT WAS UP TO THEM AND OUR OLD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH SUCH CHANGE AND RETRIEVAL OF SUCH FUNDS such as our security deposit, which lo and behold, WENDI DANA DID NOT HAVE BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT OUR PROPERTY MANAGER!!!! It wasn't until July 7, 2026 that we were made aware that such change was happening and was assured by our old property management company that our lease agreement, security deposit, and two months of rent money would be sent over to Wendi Dana. Yet somehow, even after ALL the proof that was sent to Wendi, and even a text of proof saying not to worry about the month of Junes rent because the owner knew it was paid and it was all good; so she claimed- but because she couldn't do her job and get our agreement and funds, she felt the need to pressure and harass us with a 7 day rent or quit notice at our doorstep. It is not our job to do her job for her. That's what the owner is paying her to do. However, because we did not want this ridiculous false claim to be on our report, we finally as tenants decided to take matters into our own hands and reach out to people near and dear to our heart in the real estate community. It only took our people TWO DAYS for our old property management company to send over the funds to Dana Realty Group. WENDI DANA COULD NOT DO THAT IN TWO MONTHS!!!! We have tried to speak to her on multiple occasions to discuss this matter, but have not received phone calls back. The one time she did have a conversation on the phone, she hung up. There is also proof of her unprofessionalism when handling such matters in text. I am so thankful that Wendi will NEVER be apart of any property we have to deal with again!!! She is a nightmare!!!! That's why she only has 3 stars. Attached is proof that rent was so called "all good." Proof that rent was paid to the owner for the two months she claims is unpaid. Also attached is a response to the better business bureau of her false claims that rent was unpaid but IN HER OWN WORDS it was "all good." So why lie Wendi??? I hope your business can improve but accountability on your behalf is a start on where such progress will be made. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!!!
