Lowest 4 reviews…read more I will be going in more soon to give more details, but I at least wanted to get something on here. I am going to be in litigation with this cheer studio over what they allowed to happen to my daughter. They create an environment of excluding girls from activities that they think aren't good enough or rich enough. My daughter was bullied into an injury....and she was hurt by the daughter of the team mom....the same team mom cheer express supported when she had a Barbie party and invited half the girls on the team and left the other half off. ....including my daughter. The same mom who put to me in writing that she would make sure my daughter was excluded from everything in the future. I offered to show all the screenshots to the ownership, who refused to even look at them...so it's no surprise the daughter started injuring and bullying my daughter. This place is very supportive of the team moms...they have no idea what it means to be inclusive...so the owners FULLY support this behavior!!!My daughter had serious injuries and since this is going to court...I can't share them here...but I may share the video of my daughter in a breakdown from the bullying and dropping on purpose. I am going to create another review of the text communication between myself and the team mom who had my daughter excluded on purpose....this was you can see for yourself. I'll put another review up for that. And if you quit early, all the stuff you purchased/bought is stolen...never given back. Honestly, it's just this place...we came from top dog and had nothing but positive experiences, no bullying, no uppity and snobby parents...it was all positive at top dog and they won all the time too!!! If you care about your child and their mental health....DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!. I had the same review up on google, but they took it down....

It wasn't until she came to Cheer Express that I saw a huge difference. The coaches are amazing and caring. The staff is awesome to work with. They really want each athlete to be their very best. Caryn is amazing and Coach Rachael and Coach Kim are top notch. Her tumbling has improved 110% thanks to Coach Jose. My daughter has grown since being at CE, loves her CE Sisters and I love my CE family. We feel blessed to be part of the Cheer Express Allstar Family. #cealldayeveryday #blessed

Wow, I was surprised to see all the low ratings on this gym, considering that I've only had a…read morepositive experience after being here for a few months. Yes, I have seen frequent changes in coaches, but we've been fortunate to have had 2 excellent coaches, Tara and Cassidy. I'm also surprised to see low ratings, knowing that Premier has placed high in many team competitions in the last 4 years that my daughter has been a competitive gymnast with other local gyms. The facility itself is nice, offering bleachers to sit in to observe your gymnast during practice. They are a bit hard and don't have backings, so it can get uncomfortable after watching for over 30 minutes. The bathrooms are generally clean. WI Fi is available so you can be on your device while waiting. They've always been very accommodating and flexible, scheduling my daughters for private lessons. The reason I chose private lessons is because that's the first star dock: classes fill up quickly, and the levels offered for my kids' skill set are limited to availability, which is practically nothing conducive to my schedule. They do skill evaluations every 8 weeks to see if your child is ready to move up a level. This is nice so you can see your child progress. My only other complaint is that the parking situation can be tight. There is parking on the back and sides of the building, but traffic can get heavy coming in and out of the parking lot, making it difficult for you to drop your kid off. Other than that, the parent portal is easy to navigate, and you can see payments due, evaluations, and makeup classes available. They do team try outs in April, so we'll see how they do handling competition season. Otherwise, I'm happy with the switch from our previous gym, which was awesome, but the location was inconvenient, so that's why we came to Premier.

The -1 review is that this complex is now charging for parking. Really? My son has officiated games and played games on this campus for 4+ years; now he is refereeing games on county fields and not only was he taken by surprise; but the other refs in his area (all driving teenagers) by a new parking fee. This is ridiculous and a money grab. What county run facility charges for parking? Wesley Chapel District Park? Starkey Ranch? Tampa Bay Tournament Sports Plex? All not!!! Do the right thing and remove this "tax". My son has probably lost money today from his "ticket" and will pay for it with his referee earnings. What a joke. Edit: at the 11 hour and 59 minute mark he was given a code to comp. the parking with the "Honk" app that when all was applied was labeled "invalid". Booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!

Frequently host tournaments as well and they just built a brand new hotel right next door for out of town participants. Absolutely stunning, have to check it out to believe it. I thought my son would get instruction from a coach for soccer but that has not been the case unfortunately. For $200+ you would think they could offer more than some cheap $3 jersey and ...well that's it. That's all you get is a jersey (if they ordered the right size they didn't for us), an ant infested field & a medal - IF you have a coach to hand them out. Two seasons in a row and it's gotten worse. If you are just a random parent who came across i9 flyer and signed your child up, they will be placed on a team with other random kids. They will play against organized teams who have been together for many seasons and have a coach. While your team may or may not have a coach, there were no volunteers for my sons team and they didn't have the staff to provide a temporary coach. Good idea but poorly implemented & managed. Not sure how they stay in business I've seen mostly negative reviews. The owner should be more transparent about the fact that a coach is NOT guaranteed. If they are charging $200 on average for each child, I find it hard to believe you cannot hire a coach for 1 hr a week. This will be our last year.
