Thanks for taking care of our A/C! Got an appointment quickly and diagnosed the problem. The part was hard to get, but they had it by early next morning and had the work done on time as promised, and the air is blowing cold. Oil change to take care of leaking filter from another shop, no more oil on the driveway. So I am very happy. I would only comment that I was quoted a pretty high price to replace air filter and cabin filter, both of which are 5 minute jobs, and I was able to get the filters on Amazon next day and installed. But if you aren't comfortable doing that, it may be worth paying someone if you can't get help. May vary depending on vehicle, but my were easy to do. I also appreciated the inspection report, which was thorough and unlike a competitor who told me that my brakes were metal on metal and needed immediate attention, Brake World informed me they have lots of wear left. So when I get to that point, I know where I am going to get them done. After almost 5 years in the area, I feel like I finally have a permanent shop to take my car to. read more

Rob and team replaced the brakes in my Porsche Macan and ended up saving me a significant amount of money compared to what i was quoted at the Porsche dealership. The team was honest, transparent, and clearly knowledgeable. On top of that, their customer service was outstanding--friendly, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. They tried to sabotage my car by not closing the lid of my oil when I got oil change. i started noticing the inside of my car smells like gas. i checked my engine it looks like it exploded. I closed my oil tank. if I didn't notice this soon my car probably exploded & not work anymore or worst case I could be in an accident I rent my car on Turo for business. Update: Today I returned to get my brakes looked at again. The staff was very attentive and quickly went to action taking my report of an issue very seriously. The issue turned out to be something very minor--a brake dust cover touching the rim--but very noisy. The issue was repaired in a matter of a minutes and I was off on my way. The brakes feel great. I updated this review from one star to four stars. After seeing how attentive the staff was upon my return with an issue, I feel much more at ease about Brake World and will return. read more

If I could give it a "0" star rating I would. I got my brakes done about 2 months ago. I drive for Uber so taking care of the care is first and foremost. The sign on the door says "Honest and Integrity". I am a US Marine Corps Veteran, and let me say these people would not know about Integrity if it bit them in the butt. And forget about the "Honesty" part. Not in their vocabulary. I was charged $976 for four rotors. Which I was Shocked, but they touted that there is a 1 year or 12,000 mile guarentee, whichever comes first. Well I have 2600 mile over the warranty and I need to get NEW brakes, AGAIN. This time I'll pay MORE money to get it done right at Al Packer Ford. Since It is a Ford. I have Progressive Insurance and had the "Snapshot" installed, meaning it told you everything. If you are looking for an honest mechanic (which is typically a complete oxymoron), look no further. We've been taking our cars here for 6 years for routine maintenance as well as large repairs. He was able to fix my husband's and my AC for a fraction of what other shops quoted us. I took my car in recently because I thought it needed a tune up. He told me that it needed nothing and didn't even charge us for looking at it. They deliver on promises to finish the car by day's end if they say they are able to do so. They have fair pricing, and always have coupons in the Val-Pak, etc. Don't take a chance on a dishonest or money centered repair shop. Had the A/C evaporator go bad on our 2013 F-150. After bringing it to Ford we were quoted north of $1800 for the repair. We took it to Brake World on the suggestion of a friend and are happy we did! At first we tried to use an aftermarket part that would have saved us almost 50%, but given how this truck was configured, it would not have been a wise decision. We were told after they had a chance to look at the problem that given the complex make-up of the system for this model year it would be smarter to go with an authentic Ford part. Even with that we saved more than $500 over the dealerships best price. I needed a Rack and Pinion system, and a new Alternator. I priced out this job with Tire Kingdom, Tire Plus, and Bill Tyson Auto repair. I chose Brake World on State rd. 7/441, because you deal directly with the owner, Moty Morad. His price was the best of the 4( and I compared specific apples to apples with each). He was excellent to deal with, and has a few very qualified mechanics. Bottom line getting a great price, plus the advantage of dealing direct with the owner is a win-win. I am here to testify to another great Brake World experience. After today, it is my mission to convince you to bring your car here. I just needed an oil change, so i took it in Saturday morning. I mentioned that i heard a noise when I applied the brakes, and they told me they would check out the whole entire car. Turns out that I didnt need brakes, I needed an adjustment and to have the brake lines bled. They rotated my tires, filled it up with quality 5w 30 motor oil, the engine is a Northstar so it takes almost 8 quarts of oil, no extra charge. Installed a new quality oil filter, added air to my tires, filled up my windshield fluid and made a minor repair to the washer fluid line, all of this done in a couple of hours. They were busy so I just grabbed my keys and left. I forgot to pay!!!!! Could you believe that I forgot to pay??????????? So this morning I went back to explain, feeling like a little THIEF, they told me my brakes were still UNDER WARRANTY. NO CHARGE. So for about 20 dollars I got piece of mind. This is the type of honesty that is BUILT at this facility. I trust Brake World. Of course I am in no way implying that they can fix your car for 20 dollars. What I am saying is that if you have a 20 dollar problem, they charge you 20 dollars. They are completely honest. And if you have AAA auto club, you can have your car towed here if needed.
