We were very happy with the centre, and especially how it was run by its director Kelley Hodson. The moment you enter the centre, the warmth of the environment is unmistakable. This extended to the teachers and other care givers who were always so affectionate with the children and spared no hugs or kind words. It gave us a huge relief to know that our daughter was truly loved and cared for there. Any concerns we had were dealt with immediately. On the first day when I took my daughter to the daycare, and saw how her teacher Ms. Rosemary interacted with her, I knew everything was going to be ok. We know she always felt loved. And we know that because she loved them back. She continuously talked about her teachers, made them cards and drawings, prepared gifts and surprises. They were a big part of her life and will always be in her memory. Thank you, Smart Tech!

My son was in a toddler class for 6 months and made little progress. Every time I walked into the classroom they were just playing "super simple songs" for the kids. I was never given or shown 1 craft made by my son. In 6 months he never really adjusted to the daycare as they are constantly rotating the kids of classroom and teachers, which also causes them to be sick often as it seems hard to contain a virus when all kids are constantly moving around from one classroom to another. They staff also always seemed to be sick and complained of being overworked. The website advertises a large play area but this isn't true. They have plans to build an outdoor space next year but this isn't available yet. The food did not seem very enticing and most days they were being served some sort of soup. In the time my son was there the administrative staff changed often and the last supervisor that was hired seem very sloppy and disorganized. On my sons last day half of the items he brought to school were missing and no one knew where they were. They said they would call me if they ever found them, but they never did.

You pay 18 grand to receive teachers who don't know what they're doing and a building that looks like it's from the 1980s that was never bothered to be renovated. There are a few kids that have shown violent tendencies, with the principal not seeming to care about the other kid's safety. But overall, it is not a horrible school but it has a few major flaws.
