Students in grades 4-college enjoy their sessions because they experience timely improvement and success. Our goal is to empower students with skills individually tailored to them. We begin with an individual consultation and create learning objectives. Then the student has one-on-one sessions, committing to a month at a time. Session notes are provided to parents, and a parent meeting can be called at any time. Most students require one to two sessions per week. Inevitably, our work together leads students to greater self confidence and the ability to succeed on their own.

The owner Rita. Is answering the phones, scheduling, dealing with customer service issues and at the same time trying to tutor your kids??? I completely understand the struggles of a new business, however when you do not acknowledge your mistakes and you treat anyone as if they are inadequate. It's not a good look for the business! Rita shows a beautiful smile in the beginning however, I didn't find her to be very patient or polite under pressure. She's overbooked, and is holding to many hats. It seems to me like she disregards those she seems are invalid. I have observed her behavior towards, others, to myself and kids . It isn't professional at all. It's unfortunate because I really enjoy the curriculum. It's sad that we have allowed this beautiful store front business owner, to teach our kids. I would rather give my business to a private tutor, another Mathnasium or someone that genuinely loves kids. Please watch your kids, ask them how it's going! Pop in! Don't just drop them off and feel like the magic is going to happen. Customer service and how you treat others is essential in our kids development.

I interviewed and tried out the 'big names' for tutoring and enrichment services in the area, like Sylvan and Kumon- those places FAILED by a long shot to take my daughters personality, unique individualism and learning style into account. Mrs. J and her amazing staff at THE KNOWLEDGE QUEST, where able to just that-- and make a FUN, hard working environment that my daughter cannot wait to go to after school. Her confidence has increased and has surpassed expectations in both reading and math. There is a mix of private tutoring and group tutoring which is very affordable and extremely personalized, FAR FROM my experience at the other places. I am going to keep my daughter enrolled just for enrichments and confidence building purposes! I highly recommend this incredible neighborhood gem

I also believe that Club Z!'s screening and matching process has led to great tutoring results. I have been put in one-on-one situations with students I am well-qualified to help and I believe the results have been overwhelmingly positive. There is no comparison to one-on-one tutoring with a tutor specifically matched to the student's needs.
