Well the time came and Nancy was so kind to remind me about my appointment. I finally was free and went ahead and got my hair done. It came out soooooo amazing! So many compliments too. Yes i was dissatisfied at the salons quality not the stylist. Especially when you're not offered to be moved to another chair.
