Well, the year's done and I am happy to write them a glowing review. First and foremost, they are well-systematized. This is the really the biggest difference. It makes life a million times easier when deadlines for contracts, deposits and repairs are executed on-time, and TruHaven has never failed me in that regard. Jesse is always on the ball day-in and day-out; so my tenants are happy, and when they're happy, I'm happy. Secondly, I love working with Rachel because of her many years of experience and expertise. There has not been an issue with my properties that she hasn't seen and solved half a dozen times before. Her broker's license is helpful as well, as she can hold her own escrow account and help me liquidate properties. After years of mediocre service from other managers, I am so relieved to have this part of the equation settled. TruHaven is truly the best-kept secret in all of Atlanta as far as property management goes; and if you aren't happy with your current manager, I would advise you to call TruHaven and schedule a sit-down with Rachel and her team. I had told them multiple times to remove me from the email correspondence, but they kept sending it. That speaks to their lack of attention to detail. It also puts the current board at risk because they are ultimately responsible for the leak should the homeowner find out and sue. Additionally, I paid out of pocket for work to be done (gate remote issues for numer residents) after months of it being in disrepair, and they advocated for me to not get reimnurses (only $200, but it was the principal, especcially after donating considerable time as a member of the board). I also find their communication style to be abrasive.
