They asked me for a VIN photo, promised they had the part in stock, and said the work would be done. What actually happened? NOTHING. They didn't replace the sensor, didn't touch the wheel, didn't do a damn thing. Then they held my trailer hostage and demanded money for some made-up "fees." I never requested diagnostics, never approved any extra services. The only thing I wanted was a simple sensor replacement -- and they flat out refused to do the job. This is pure extortion and fraud.
