Booked these apartments through Thomsons webisite as accom only, worked out at £60 each for a week…read more Self catering apartment, 2 single bed and pull out sofa bed, tv, cooker and fully equipped kitchen, balcony with table and chairs and adjustable sunshade. Thomsons rep was on hand if any problems but we had none. Night we arrived we couldnt get cooker to work and went and spoke to reception, the man couldnt have been more helpful, he came to the room straight away and it turned out someone had left the gas turned off (remember a box of matches). There is a pool and bistro bar at back of hotel, you have to get up really early to get a sun lounger. Food at bistro is good and served by british people who are very friendly. 2 minute walk to the beach, but beware there are a lot of stairs to climb when you want to go back to apartment. One thing you should be wary of is they require a £80 deposit on arrival (can be paid in pounds or euros) which is repayable on departure as long as no breakages (this is becoming more popular in spain to take deposit)

Additionally, he has continued to rent the property through his website. My grandmother, who is 97 years old and the rightful owner of the property, had a trusting relationship with Felip for eight years. However, she has been facing a significant financial challenge due to these circumstances. Given the slower pace of the Spanish judicial system, we anticipate more time may pass before the issue is fully resolved and Felip returns the keys to my grandmother's home and pays the outstanding amount. While this situation has been trying for our family, we simply want to share our experience to caution others when dealing with this company. It's been a difficult time, and we hope for a fair resolution. Nobody deserves to go through this situation, and specially a 97 year old citizen. Great view. BUT no hot water for shower! That is a big negative. And they were very casual about it. Did not offer alternatives or concessions. So that was disappointing. Otherwise enjoyed our stay. Coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave, Stove.
