Bad management. Chad…read moreis the agent that I wouldn't recommend. He is unknowledgeable and bad performance. He keeps giving my tenants fines without any proofs instead of solving the problems. He also is a lier!!! He told me directly by phone and his assistant Kendall even sent me email that they will reverse all fines if I take the unit back from the tenants. I don't want to have more stresses. After all process from BC Residents Tenancy, I has hired Enforcement company with the cost of $2800 to remove tenants, he sends me outstanding balances of all the fines. The reason is because tenants should move out by the time he said 3 months ago. He is completely not understanding the Tenancy Act. The process to end tenancy can be 6 months or even more. Moreover, the building is rebuild, I brough my old small flob to re activate, there was a charge of $25 but the cost of brand new flob with garage remotes is $75. Also, my friend's car was parked in my stall without insurance for temporary. Before calling a towtruck, he never mentioned me to remove the car or even just remind me. I can not stop thinking of what if the car was in other owner's parking stall, he wouldn't do that. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a building management, please consider this company. If they can't manage and train their Strata Agents, they can't manage your buildings.

Strata Manager Assistant Kendall was courteous and professional when we both thought this was just another routine move, and when it escalated she was still courteous and professional. Truly it's not the strata property management company's job to scramble when it was on me and my party to run through all these steps earlier. PM companies have enormous portfolios and thousands of clients to respond to, Kendall didn't need to give priority to my requests but she fit it into her day and I am grateful. Everything went smoothly for our tenants. Kendall went above and beyond and has an overall amazing attitude. I really appreciate it.
