Over the phone, they helped me select the absolute best tires for the kind of driving I do, while remaining in my price range. They actually ended up finding me tires with a mail in rebate that were below what I budgeted for! When I got to the shop, all the employees were super friendly and very helpful. Everyone in the store was quick ask if I needed help, and everyone in the shop had a smile on their face. Nice change of pace from some other Saskatoon shops, in my opinion! They got my car into the garage while I was still at the store, and had it done super quickly! They had someone load up my old winter rims for me, which was nice because I was wearing work clothes and not really in a position to lift big dirty hunks of metal! :) When I picked my car up, my new tires looked awesome, and I was anxious to try them out on the highway. My car had a shimmy for about a year before I took it to Market Tire - now I feel like it drives better than it ever has! I was super happy with the service I received, but I was totally blown away after I got a better look at my car.. It had a dangling piece of cowling underneath the front bumper that I have been meaning to secure for the longest time. I was absolutely over the moon when I noticed the Market Tire employees had zip tied it back into place for me! They also tucked away my winter plug-in (which is always falling out) very neatly into my grill. So not only does my car drive like it's brand new again, it doesn't look like it's falling apart anymore.. Much appreciated! I recently had some repairs done at a local shop and they ignored these issues, even while fixing my car. The way I was treated at Market Tire was far "Superior" to the service I received from that shop. I was so happy and grateful to see that the Market Tire employees did these small repairs for me without even being asked. Anyway, long story short, I think this is the best tire shop in the city. From start to finish, the guys at Market Tire provided me excellent customer service, and did an amazing job on my car. I feel like these guys really care about the work that they do, and they really want you to leave happy. Great job Market Tire! I will definitely be back!

I had a collision with a deer near Saskatoon on June 27, 2014. I had my truck towed to a local car…read moredealer & then moved to Superior Auto Body based on their positive online reviews. Superior was paid in excess of $13,000 for the repair & I picked the truck up on July 21, 2014. I live in Ontario, about 3000 kilometers from Saskatoon, and went home while the truck was being repaired. The damages had been to the front grill, bumper, radiator, passenger fender, headlight,, passenger front door and an assortment of items near the radiator. When I arrived to pick the truck up I noted that the center cap on the right front wheel (lost in the accident) had not been replaced. When I asked about this they said they 'assumed' I knew what was being replaced (from 3000 kilometers away?) and as the wheel was not damaged they did not think the cap was lost in the accident. The fact that the other 3 caps were on the truck and the fact that the fender in front of the cap and the door behind it were damaged was apparently irrelevant. I then had to get a cap from a dealer, pay for it, then file a supplemental claim with my insurance company. I decided to install a grill guard in case of a subsequent deer collision but when I went to remove the tow hooks in that installation process (the same tow hooks removed and replaced by Superior in the bumper replacement process) I discovered that in the 8 bolts & nuts securing the tow hooks were 3 different sizes of nuts & bolts. I was amazed that in light of the value of this job that they would be so cheap on 8 nuts & bolts! What other shortcuts did they take? The straw that broke the camel's back (3 strikes & you're out) was my discovery that the front passenger door that had been removed to replace the door skin had not been properly secured on re-installation. I noticed a loud and irritating wind noise coming from the front passenger door in certain wind conditions. I emailed Superior & they emailed me instructions on how 2 people could hold & pull on the top of the door (but not too hard in case you kink it) to get rid of the problem. When my mechanic & I went to undertake this process recently we discovered that the top bolts holding the door to the hinge were loose. He tightened them & there have been no noise issues since. Despite having knowledge of all of these issues, I have never received an apology from Superior.

Not only did the body of my car look like new, but the inside (from the detailing they provided free of charge) has never looked better!
