He greeted us at the car got a wheelchair for my mom checked her in while I went and parked the car and did the same when we exited the building what a fantastic gentleman. The woman that helped us I think her name was Trish Tricia, Dr. Tricia, who gave the Cortizone shot and spoke with us was outstanding well educated clear speaking just very kind human. My mom was pain-free within minutes after having the Cortizone shot and was able to walk into her apartment building by the time we got home.

Hospital and I could walk there, but I chose to go all the way out to Hinckley and get my therapy with Dr. Trish Strazar. It has been my experience at two other locations that any old physical therapist will do and thats just not true because every time both of those places changed my therapist for one reason or another that replacement didnt have a clue where I was -where we left off -what I was being seen for and how far along my therapy was. For this current session of physical therapy, it is extremely important for me to stay with the location in Hinckley and with Dr. Trish because she knows me, she remembers from week to week or appointment or appointment where we left off, what I need to do and what she needs to change/add/remove. For me any old physical therapist will not do because they're not all, "all that". Staying with the same therapist from start to finish makes sense and healing works better that way. I'm very happy with the Hinckley operation the front desk, the staff on the phone, the treatment I get and especially and specifically with Dr. Trish Strazar. She is actually watching everything I do, listening to all my feedback, correcting things each week changing things every week and I've seen some improvement as of today which I did not see with the other location in 2025. It's the 15 th and have yet to hear from them. I've made several calls and told by office staff they would transfer call to the scheduler and leave a voice mail. I was told she left a voice mail and you can see all voice mails on your phone. I told them that and have called. Numerous times to no avail. The office staff taking calls are rude and very unprofessional. I ask to speak with the nurse or doctor as I wonder if he's aware of this and was told there's no direct number to reach them. I like Dr Grubb but this is ridiculous.

Dr. Mark Grubb is in every way one of the most proficient, kind, determined doctors I have ever…read moremet. My case was extremely long and involved, but he was determined to help make my life as pain free as possible. It was very evident the day after surgery that he had accomplished that. I had had several vertebral fusions performed by other doctors before; but his least invasive technique to fuse and insert instrumentation was almost pain free compared to my other prior fusions. I had less pain the day after surgery than I had experienced in several years.
