This dealership sends credit bureau information under two different stores. Bradley Auto and Granite State Auto. They may appear on your credit reports as two different companies. When my new dealership checked my credit they realized the similarities and reported back to me. I was able to obtain my new Jeep truck due to my new dealerships keen eye. Watch out for these people. Stay away! If they service your car they will cause damage that wasn't there. The owner is the biggest POS you will ever deal with. Stomping towards a 70 year old customer he repossessed his car with the balance of 2000 after paying twice what it was worth wouldn't let me pay the 700 I wasn't behind as he claimed he was lucky he stopped approaching with fist clenched because he knows he is a dirtball and at 5 feet it would have been a sad situation for everyone because I am a firm believer in self preservation and I would have stopped him cold at 5 feet without a doubt. I think he saw the movement I made and why he stopped short thank God! Don't get sucked in Josh is a gentleman too bad as a believer he chooses to work for the biggest dirtball in NH. Between him and his dirtball mechanic who sliced a perfectly good tire so I had to purchase a new one. The big fight was over bad struts they gave me an estimate of almost 5000 to fix with a couple other small problems the struts were junk when I bought the car because at that time after 2 years I had only put 5175 miles on the car so they should have been replaced before sale!!! Be careful. This is a place where you can buy a car in a very professional manner with excellent customer service - until you sign the contract. After that, everything changes. God forbid you have to come back because there's a problem with the car. The bumper-to-bumper warranty you will surely hear about is just a lure to buy the car. However, it is not respected at all. They only care about their money - their profit, not the customer's well-being. They will do everything to make the buyer pay for every defect in the car. I had to pay (I agreed, indeed) to have the tires replaced, which wouldn't have passed inspection (internal thread damage - very noisy), and for a new key/remote because the car only had one key. After a week of use, I noticed a clicking noise from the front brakes they had replaced, and the Pre-Collision System didn't work. Also, it was impossible to operate the dashboard center vents because the vent knobs were missing. Of course, the sellers stated that the knocking noise from the brakes was a normal issue for them - no problem (still audible), PCS supposedly works - they concluded without driving the car, and I have to replace the center vent at my own expense. Well, they won't see me there again, and I won't recommend this dealer to anyone. They only care about their business, not the buyer. The worst car buying experience of my life! No one got back to me throughout the entire process. At first they hound you to fill out an application and then COMPLETELY ignore you. I had to constantly reach out to THEM to find out what was going on. No communication what so ever and a big waste of my time. When they finally got back to me they had a ridiculous offer for me, $10,000 down on a 26,000 car AND with my trade which had about $4 000 in equity. Will never purchase a vehicle from them again.... the buying process was easy, however prior to purchasing the vehicle, there were a couple of mechanical issues that needed to be fixed, including inspectable items like tires being too worn, brake pads needing to be replace, and bad climate control solenoids. The replaced the aftermarket used junk, and said that because they had already inspected the vehicle that I was now responsible for tires and brakes, all prior to purchase!!!!! I have had to put over 2500 bucks into my vehicle and I have only had it since the end of November of last year and still have another 1500 to go to get the check engine light fixed!!!!! I brought it in just over a month ago, because climate control was turning on all by itself. I was told that because it was an issue I had had previously that they would diagnose the issue with no charge. After they told me NOTHING WAS WRONG, they charged me 120 bucks!!!! I have since had to replace both the front and rear climate control heads to resolve the issue! The mechanics are entry level at best!!! I will NEVER be going back again!!!! read more

Honestly quite disappointed and disgusted with this business. My fiance as a vehicle through Bradley's as well as his family. I figured they were great. Bought a 2011 Jeep Liberty first problem was as I drove it off the lot to head home I notice my window wont roll up. Drove 20 mins back to have them fix it. I should have known then, because 4 days later my tire blew due to my brake caliper rubbing against the inside of the rim. Metal shavings everywhere from it carving in until it eventually blew a hole through the metal. Mind you they passed this vehicle for NH state inspection. I called the very next day (because they were closed) to let them know what had happened. I was scoffed at for having it towed back to my place instead of their closed company. I spoke with Joe asking if I could just return the vehicle as I do not feel safe. And he tells me "if it was a couple of days after you bought the vehicle then we could have probably done that" it was FOUR DAYS after I bought the vehicle. I was polite expressed my anger and frustration. Went 2 days without the vehicle and while it was in the shop they conveniently took out my first payment. I got nothing except a promise they'd pay for someone else to inspect it. I think that for a "family" company knowing our family had bought multiple cars through them and we were still paying, they would have done something better. I've already referred a few people and told them to not even waste their time going here. Buyers definitely beware. I highly suggest if you decide to purchase a vehicle here to take it to a mechanic you trust the next day. So you can avoid paying for a hunk of junk like me. read more
