Everyone from our amazing administrator, Sheri to ALL our compassionate and respectful caregivers The homes (there are 4 total on the property) are immaculately maintained with beautiful decor, not to mention the professionally landscaped grounds and organic garden! ALL living areas and bedrooms are spacious with private bathrooms too! All meals are freshly prepared with fruits and veggies from the garden The parties are always fun with great food and live entertainment! This has been a dream place for mom and allows me to rest peacefully knowing she's safe and well cared for FYI I am a nurse with high expectations and believe me Park Vista exceeds them ALL!!!

We both had a feeling that we knew we had made the right decision and our mother was going to get the care she needed on a daily basis. I really feel less stressed these days. Brandon was great too! We had certain concerns and he made sure they were met. The caregivers and staff are all pleasant and nice. We have been visiting our mom each weekend and its always a pleasure. Peace of mind is what we have experienced by placing him at Varenita. The staff has been stellar, very caring, very loving, and there hasn't been the rate of turnover that you typically experience in these type of facilities. Christina, the events coordinator, has amazing energy, patience, follow through and does a fantastic job keeping residents safe and engaged, as does the other care staff. The food has been really good and the top notch events and activities have kept our dad as mentally sharp as can be expected. Rabbi Spiegal led the service and did a wonderful job of engaging all the participants in the readings and chants. The cantor's music enriched the service. The food was delicious. Even the matzah ball soup tasted like my wife's. It is wonderful being at the Reserve. The Seder is an example of how people of different backgrounds can come together to celebrate beautiful events. OakView skilled nursing facility is a top-notch location for acute rehab. From the moment you drive…read moreup to the facility, walk into the building and go to your assigned room, you can see the building is very well taken care of and nicely decorated. This is important as it shows their attention to detail. In the room, there is a lovely armoire for every patient to use for their belongings along with a nightstand, hospital bed and tray. The armoire is much nicer and larger than the usual small closet you find in most facilities. The true star of the facility are the employees. The CNA's are always quick to respond and provide you with the service you need. The LVN's who dispense the medication are equally quick to help and all of them have kind words along with words of encouragement for each patient. Unfortunately, I have been in numerous facilities and non of them compare. OakView is fine tuned and runs very smoothly. Administrative staff checks on the patients frequently to make sure all needs are met. Treatment plans are prepared by medical staff. And the social worker is very kind and extremely helpful in taking care of the patient while on the premises but also after they leave OakView. She even called me two days after my release from OakView to check on me and to see if there was any additional needs I had. I was extremely impressed by this as I had never had this happen before. Never was there a social worker that did a third of the work this woman did let alone follow through and show she cared every step of the way. OakView feels like a resort with medical assistance, not a skilled nursing facility. The food is excellent and if it's not to your liking, the chef is willing to prepare something that meets your desires. No other facility I know of does that. If and when I need to be in a skilled nursing facility again, I hope I am blessed to be able to find a room at OakView. I highly recommend it. P.S. They also have an assisted living facility.
