I worked with Jan, who covers the Ventura area, and she was an absolute pleasure to work for. She was very friendly and personable, asked me questions about my father's needs, budget, and area of interest. She then prepared a list of 5 different facilities, set up tours, and toured the with me to ensure all of my questions were answered. She also had a wealth of knowledge about each facility, and helped me decide the best fit for my father. After moving him in, she also checked in regularly to see how the move was going, which was a very nice personal touch. I would highly recommend this service for anybody who needs to help a family member move to assisted living. It made the whole process easier and more manageable.

They make sure she's up early and dressed and at breakfast sitting with other people. They let her know when it's time to go to exercise class. They also come and get her for lunch and dinner. They manage her medication and keep her clean. Every night they help her get into her pajamas and ready for bed. There's plenty of activities during the day.
