All we were looking for was a deed transfer for the house within our family! After being told about this I did some research to to find someone local (my father in-law is partially disabled and unable to travel long distances further than the grocery), and came across Dave. After calling and speaking with him it was clear he shared concerns like the other attorney's because some scum bag kids will manipulate their family into signing over their deeds and subsequently kick their parents out after leaving them homeless... ***BUT Dave was respectful- he did not have a downward and judging inflection when we spoke. We scheduled a meeting and we're able to accomplish what we had needed without any drama. He is very professional, compassionate, and genuinely looking out for the best interest of everyone. Most importantly he was thorough in making sure that there were no morally or unethical motivations driving this. I don't normally write reviews- but with the scum bags out there today increasing drastically I felt driven to leave this review to promote the good guy. There's few people I would EVER vouch for.
