I have dealt with many contractors over the years and never have a had a team be so incredibly courteous. No matter who you are talking to they are friendly and accommodating. All the neighbours have been talking and this feeling is universal. Just a small example, they are working in our driveway and have fencing around the whole. Our door is down the driveway and I asked that when they are done for the day they make sure to push the fence away from our house so that my wife can get the stroller down the driveway even if no one is there to help. They were totally understanding and every single day since the fencing has been pushed back. The organizational culture of service is truly incredible. Kudos to everyone there.

When I first met him I felt very comfortable & trustworthy of him. I just went ahead & said okay to his quote. I just felt it was reasonable to what I thought it might be. He said he could start at the end of September & he did. He gave me a price list & shops that I could check out for everything & when I had any questions he would get right back to me the same day. The 2 workers were here every day at 7.15 & worked steadily, excellent workers, & I had no hesitation of not being here all the time that they were working. The bathroom was gutted from top to bottom & there never seemed to be a mess. They had tarps from the front door to the bathroom & plastic hung from the ceiling to contain the dust, They vaccuumed & cleaned up at the end of each day inside & out. Very organized & nice guys, & also they stayed on the job until it was finished, not doing a couple of jobs at the same time. The bathroom turned out nicer than I visualized to start with. Very, very happy with it. Also along the way I decided on a different counter top than the one that came with the vanity & Terry did not hesitate to eventually find one that suited me, not easy!! I cannot say enough good things of Terry & his workers for their patience & understanding, especially when it was my first project of a renovation like that, & needless to say I will be having them back in January to do my other bathroom over to make use of that extra vanity top !!
