Bradbourne House is a beautiful house in a stunning setting. Be careful when walking in the grounds, they are covered in goose poo. The geese are beautiful but decked in wedding dress and satin shoes is not the perfect attire to go out for a photo shoot. Guests complained about stepping in it and the children were slipping in it. Brought into house on shoes. Having the house for sole private use was excellent. Old house but in need of lots of money spent on it. Leaking ceiling was brought to my attention. A choice of caterers would have been of benefit. Too many restrictions and a ridiculous cost of corkage especially as it is not a hotel. No accommodation on site is available. A beautiful location but let down by poor management and lack of communication. Disappointing for price paid. Would have expected a higher standard. Research all the small print and restrictions and get copies of terms and conditions before parting with your deposit monies. Ensure you receive a copy of your booking form and get a receipt.
