Don't know what I would have done had I lost all those pictures! He also showed me how to make a back up of my data going forward. Since I needed a new laptop, Brian asked me what I use it for and what my budget is. He was able to help me narrow down my choices so I had a few within my budget range that would fit my needs. He left it up to me to buy what I wanted and then offered to help me install everything once it arrived. I liked that there was no pressure for a sale, but some good guidance offered since all the choices are pretty overwhelming. Overall great service and pretty reasonable price compared to other local places.

I was hoping for…read moresomething local, so I called AndersonPC and left a voicemail (in my panic, I left him an email, too). He called me back within minutes and set up a time for that evening. Tyler, the person I dealt with, was extremely professional and did not make me feel like a dum-dum (I already felt like one because I am one). He also answered my email immediately. I dropped my poor sick computer off that evening after giving him all the information I had. He said he'd call me about it tomorrow (a Friday) and told me about the rates. Again, very courteous and pleasant to deal with. He did call back the next day and I had my computer home and plugged within 24 hours of leaving it with him (there is also a new customer discount that I didn't know about but that he applied to our bill). And they lived happily ever after except that I then made some bad choices and ended up doing a system restore that took it back to, you guessed it, after I downloaded the virus and before he cleaned it up. UGH. I emailed him, he called me, he fixed the computer and it was home again that night. (He also explained how the virus was able to return in a way that made sense.) I would not hesitate to call AndersonPC if I had another problem (also, I am no longer allowed to mess with my computer).
