Brad Le is an amazing buyer's agent. I highly recommend him for anyone interested. He went through the disclosures for two main properties we were looking at thoroughly, he always had my family's best interest in mind, I never felt rushed. He mentioned important things I did not see in the disclosures on my own, nor did AI even bring up (after I uploaded the disclosures). His input was crucial to my decision making about that property. One home which we were really considering had a bad upstairs smell (pet oriented). When I was thinking changing the carpet might fix it, Brad let me know the carpet was already changed recently (1 month), the smell remaining is already 'post new carpet repair,' so just changing the flooring might only help to a very minimal level. He also told me about the house flooring history, that the carpet had been ripped up in some pictures in bad condition, which could have exposed the sub-flooring to the pets, making a bigger issue. Brad didn't leave me to underestimate the issue on my own and end up in a position of buyer's remorse. He gave me all the information as soon as the discussion arose, like what someone would do for a family member (looking out for your best interests, and keeping your best interests in mind). Him doing this really proved he truly had my best interests in mind, and was not focused on any quick sale. He is an amazing agent and person for this. I highly recommend him. Thank you Brad for looking after me as your buyer. read more

Extraordinary customer service! Extremely responsive! Super knowledgeable! There are not enough superlatives to describe our experience working with Brad and his team in March 2021. We looked at less than 8 homes, and Brad gave us wise counsel on how to make our bid attractive on the house that checked most of our must-haves. We got the house! Throughout escrow and closing, he answered every question and calmed every nerve. After we moved in, I reached out for advice on handyman, cleaners, etc, and Brad always had several recommendations! He is very personable, professional, and I highly recommend him! Thank you Brad for getting us into our first California home! read more

Brad is an exceptional realtor. He brings in everything one would expect from a real estate agent - trust, professionalism, very knowledgeable about the process and market trends and excellent communication. Brad managed our sale process from start to finish, keeping us posted throughout the process and made several savvy decisions along the way that resulted in a hassle-free sale, with an outcome that surpassed our expectations. He ensured that the process was seamless, coordinating with the various contractors and keeping things on schedule. Kudos to Brad for his excellent work! Highly recommended. read more

We are so glad our lender recommended we go with Brad when we were looking to switch realtors. In the competitive and crazy bay area market, as buyers one needs any advantage they can get. For us having Brad as our agent, was definitely one of them! He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, the pricing and knows exactly how to structure the offer so you can be sure to know that you will at least be countered. He helped us with two offers before we landed our current home and in both cases we were the second highest, with the highest offer being a lot more than ours. We still got countered, and that's saying something! He is extremely responsive over email, text and phone so you don't have to keep trying to find a time to talk. One of his biggest strengths is to analyze the comps and determining the expectation for the appraisal. Most people in the bay area would be familiar with the frustration that comes with not being able to go in with a contingent offer to make it competitive but also having to worry about the house appraising at value. With Brad's thorough cost analysis, appraisal was one of the things we never had to worry about. As part of the whole process, Brad also helped us with renting out our current condo and finding suitable tenants! Without Brad we probably still would have been in the market looking for a home making one offer after another! Thanks to Brad, we were able to find a house that we truly love and are proud to call home! We know we will definitely be working with Brad going forward whether it's to buy or sell. read more

Brad was the best decision we made in our home buying experience. My husband and I were first time home buyers--but were self-proclaimed market experts based on our daily browsing and analysis of Redfin listings and sales. We honestly thought having a realtor was just a formality and wouldn't make much of a difference, we were wrong. The market in the spring and summer of 2021 were grueling. But throughout the process Brad walked us through each step (offering insights on the neighborhood, price, pros on the listing, concerns, etc) to allow us to make informed competitive offers that we were comfortable with--and gave us the reassurance to continue on after a few rejections. The real estate search can feel transactional and sometimes hopeless--but Brad makes you feel like you're doing it with a friend with your best interests in mind. Brad is knowledgeable, personable and responsive. We couldn't have found "the one" without his hardwork and help, coming back to him for all our real estate needs! read more

Brad was extremely helpful in helping us with our home purchase. With his insight into a highly competitive market, he helped us structure the bid that finally allowed us to purchase the home we wanted at a good price. We worked with Brad back when he was at Redfin and couldn't recommend him more highly! We had worked with other agents before meeting Brad, and there was just no comparison. We'll definitely give him a call when the time comes to move. Here are my Yelp reviews about him from that time: 5 stars, 12/5/2010 OK, Brad Le at Redfin is beyond amazing. We bought our first home through Redfin over 6 months ago, and were very happy with the whole process. Recently we ran into some major plumbing problems, even though the seller had disclosed that the lines had all been replaced (turned out to be totally false). Brad got back into the trenches for us and helped negotiate a deal to get the previous owner to pay for everything. It worked! We were so relieved we didn't have to go to court. Thank you, Brad and Redfin! 5.0 stars, 3/22/2010 Brad Le at Redfin is AMAZING. We are first-time homebuyers, and had tried a couple of traditional real estate agents before coming to Redfin. We had always loved the Redfin website, but were skeptical about how much they could really help us. I was thinking it would be pretty impersonal and we'd have to do a lot of the work on our own since we were sharing the commission. I was wrong! We were so impressed--what a difference! Brad and his assistant Jen went well above and beyond our expectations. He was always readily available and took the time and care to really help us every step of the way. And I needed a lot of hand holding! read more

Brad is an excellent real estate agent and a wonderful person to work with. He helped us purchase our dream home and I can easily say we ended up getting this home only because of him and his due diligence. We are very impressed with his strong work ethic right from the start. And towards the end, it was his excellent reputation and professional competence that helped us get our desired home. In this crazy bay area market you need a realtor like Brad on your side to make the right things happen for you. He is extremely tech savvy and very responsive over email. From the smallest of doubts to the most life changing questions, he would painstakingly respond to each of them with great contemplation . He will factor in all your needs and wants ; your budget and in every situation guide you through the process. Many a time offering advice based on his own life experiences. He also works very closely with your lending agent to make sure that the finances are factored in each time and the best closing is put forward to make your offer superiority competitive (which in this market is a requirement). As a family, we sincerely appreciate what he has done for us and would strongly recommend him to anybody looking for a real estate agent in the Bay Area. read more

Brad was our agent for buying our home in Mountain View, and we were incredibly satisfied with his services. He could explain to us the intricacies of this demanding market, and was always ultra-responsive to our requests. To us, he's the perfect agent 2.0: does not ask to visit all homes with him (redfin or equivalent is our perfect filter, thank you), is super responsive over email, and has let us do all the process remotely, without needing to meet too often (but available whenever we need, to visit a home or discuss). It is only thanks to him that our offer was selected, as he managed to put us in touch with a lender with a great reputation and who could close quickly. During the offer negotiation, he was available very late and he could do a counter offer to throw in more rent-back, which pushed the seller to select our offer, above a higher offer. I would definitely recommend Brad 100%. read more

In the past 6 years, my wife and I bought 2 homes and sold one with Brad. Our experience with him was stellar. He provided sound advice, was very patient, and was highly responsive. Our first house search went over an year and we never felt pressure from him at any point. When we bought our first house, the previous owner left a large amount of discarded possessions in property during the walk-through. Brad rolled up his sleeves (literally) and moved everything out for disposal that same day. For the sale of our house, my wife and I almost jumped on what felt like to us was a great preemptive offer, but Brad felt confident that we would get more if we waited. Needless to say, we were happy that we followed his advice. Highly recommended. read more

We were fortunate enough to work with Brad late last year when he was at Redfin and would HIGHLY recommend him (and have already have) to several friends and family. There are literally hundreds of real estate agents out there. You have a choice in the type of real estate agent you want to work with. Choose an agent who is truly on your side and who doesn't pressure you into a house or a price that you're not comfortable with. Choose someone who offers fantastic insight and feedback. Buying a house is a major life changing event. Work with Brad to make this major event a reality :) Our review from 1/1/2013, 5 stars! To say that Brad Le was an amazing agent to work with would be an understatement. We just got married earlier this year, and after we finalized one of the biggest steps in our lives, we moved right away to our next life goal of buying a home. After years and years of renting, we were the ultimate property virgins when it came to buying a home and knew that we needed an agent who could help and support us throughout the home buying process from start to finish. From the very beginning, Brad made us feel welcome and at home. He answered our many, many questions in lightning speed with thorough answers. His responsiveness over email, text and phone was truly incredible. When it came to discussing potential houses to put an offer on, Brad always provided us a framework to help us think about and evaluate the home, the neighborhood and the potential offer situation. The reason why we loved working with Brad was because it's obvious that Brad truly loves what he does and cares about his clients. He takes pride in helping his clients find not just a house but a home. As newbies to the home buying process, it's easy to get frustrated. Brad's guidance and feedback every step of the way, helped us decide on the right time to place an offer and the smart way to define our offer. Thanks to Brad and his team (Michelle, Keith and Jane are incredible), we were able to find a house that we truly love and are proud to call home! read more

My family and I absolutely loved working with Brad in purchasing a house. He is very patient with all the showings and helped us understand the real value and the potential for any home we visited. He is also very honest in providing feedback about a house and doesn't hold back on any negatives. When it comes to the right home he makes every effort on his side to get the offer stand out and accepted among the so many competitors. The work he does is absolutely amazing in getting our dream home and we wouldn't be able to buy our home if it wasn't for him. We can't wait to work with Brad again in future. read more

We've worked with Brad on two different occasions: First we used him to find a house in the ridiculously-expensive South Bay, and then we used him to sell a house in Milpitas. For finding a house, Brad was patient with us as we visited dozens of properties, and when we finally found one we wanted, gave us excellent advice on how to negotiate for the house and helped us through the entire process. For selling our house, Brad took the lead and advised us on everything from pricing to how to make the house look as good as possible for potential buyers. He advised us to hold off on selling to an interested party prior to the official listing, thinking we could get more than our asking price, and he was right! We had several offers after the first weekend the house was shown, and we were able to get significantly more than we asked for. When we move again, we'll definitely be working with Brad...he can't be recommended highly enough! read more

Brad helped us sell our 1-br condo in Sunnyvale. I found him through UpNest (formerly LessThan6Percent.com). Brad was extremely easy to work with. He had a great presentation to walk me through his selling process and kept to it the entire way. He was extremely responsive by email (my preferred method) and phone, always keeping me updated on what was going on. We had an initial buyer that fell through, but Brad kept things moving and made sure we had sold the house at a price we were happy with. Literally the only thing I wasn't completely happy about was that he didn't patch up some nail holes before showing the house (I'm a details guy), but he had it resolved quickly. Speaking of staging, my wife and I were amazed at how the place looked in the photos. In short, Brad made the selling experience extremely smooth and I can't recommend him enough. read more

A great agent, I definitely recommend Brad. He is very knowledgeable about real estate market, and you can really trust his opinion. He doesn't try to push you in buying a property, like some other agents! and he does his best in finding you a place that matches all your criteria. I trust his opinion, and been very happy working with him:) read more

Brad is simply amazing to work with. Incredibly responsive! He will adjust to your style of how you plan to search for your home, your timing, communication preferences, how you want to handle the offers. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and will answer all of your questions, no matter how many you throw at him. Personally, I'm a technologist with strong data driven approach and found great value working with Brad on comps and home value estimation -- I was looking for a fair home price, which was a challenge in the frothy 2018 market. Brad has recommended how to structure the offers, while being very flexible to adjust to my style of running the offer process. He stayed in touch with the listing agents/sellers at all times and I always was considered for counters, even when I was quite under the top one or the fifth one (four offers stronger than mine). He was great at explaining my strengths and weaknesses as a buyer and recommend the optimal offer strategy. He stayed very engaged all the way through the closing process and worked with the mortgage agents and sellers, taking everything he could off me. If you are looking for a great agent, I strongly recommend you give Brad a try and discuss with him what you want. You will be pleased. read more

Best realtor that I've ever worked with. Extremely knowledgeable and very considerate of our needs. Brad was extremely responsive whenever there was a question, and kept us informed of every single part of the selling process. He has very professional contacts, who we used to handle a few things that needed to be dealt with for the estate. Brad obviously takes pride in the job he does for every client. We will continue to recommend him to family and friends! read more

Brad is an awesome real estate agent. I signed up with UpNest and quickly received a call from Brad. He met with us to become familiar with our property, and we explained we wanted to interview other realtors too. Brad did not high pressure us to make a decision in who we would choose, but after thoughtful discussions, we decided to have Brad represent us. After reviewing our condo property again, he and his team arranged repairs, painting, new carpeting, and staging. In less than one month, our condo was live on listings and was sold in less than one week for much more than listing price! Brad is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. We communicated frequently via phone calls, emails, and texts. Responses to questions were almost immediate. We are extremely happy Brad became our agent! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give many more! I highly recommend Brad Le to to be your agent! read more

I found Brad through Yelp and chose him based on his great reviews. As a Millennial first-time home buyer, I was looking for someone who was very familiar with the Bay Area real estate market and could answer all the questions I had as a first-time home buyer. Over the course of several years, I must have sent Brad over 100+ emails about different properties, obtaining disclosure documents, etc. Brad ALWAYS responded to my emails in short time, which is something I really appreciate in this on-demand world. I'm sure Brad has multiple clients he is working with at any given time, but he always made my wife and I feel like he was given us his 100% undivided attention. There is so much to know about buying a home and Brad was able to help us make a competitive offer on a single-family home that was accepted! I will be reaching out to Brad again if/when we decide to sell this house and move on to the next one. read more

We purchased a house with Brad during Oct 2013 after searching for a few months. Brad was really helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. He was especially stellar during closing. He worked with our lender and the title company to make sure that everyone did what they were supposed to do on time. We just sat back and let him handle everything. He handled every detail and the closing process ended up being extremely quick and smooth. He also went above and beyond by scheduling work to be done on our house after closing while we were on vacation abroad. This was a huge plus for us and one of the reasons we highly recommend him. read more

Brad is the best agent I have worked with. This was the second time I bought a property, so I learned how important an agent is from my first time experience. Thanks to him we bought the perfect place for us during a pandemic. Brad is super responsive. He always responds to my emails/texts within the hour no matter what time of day. We started looking pre-COVID. After covid started, there was a lot more work for him for scheduling and viewing, but Brad handled everything very efficiently. Brad also tried to help us make the best decisions and have our best interest in heart. Several times he convinced us to put in a lower offer as a start or not to raise our offer, which turned out to be the right decisions. We never felt pressured to do anything. Brad also went out of his way to help us find necessary info we need and he was super helpful throughout the closing process. I highly recommend Brad to anyone who needs an agent and I look forward to working with him again in the future. read more

Brad Le is hands down - SIMPLY AMAZING! If I could give Brad 10 stars on yelp, I would. This review is long overdue. My husband and I were first-time homeowners a few years back and looking for the perfect place in Palo Alto. I think that there were several moments throughout the real estate transaction process where I was probably losing my marbles, but, Brad was always incredibly resourceful, thoughtful and very patient throughout the entire process. I mean seriously patient and understanding since I must have had a million questions for him. He always made himself available to help answer any questions or concerns that we had, and he continues to be in our corner and of assistance even years down the line. We have since moved to the Midwest and was able to get his advice on a number of complex matters. Brad is someone you can trust who will be on your team and will always on the lookout for your best interests. He is someone that we continue to recommend friends and family, read more

I don't even know where to begin in expressing our gratitude for Brad. As first time home-buyers who were also out of the area when beginning our home search, we were nervous about kicking off a home search out of town and in a pandemic. From our first intro call with Brad, we didn't just find an amazingly sharp, knowledgable, savvy agent, but also someone who cared about us deeply as people. Brad never tried to sell us. At every stage of the process, he encouraged us to pause to make sure we weren't jumping into something we didn't love. He was incredibly honest about which listings we should avoid, and responded to us within minutes at every hour of the day with helpful answers to every novice question we had. Brad was so detail-oriented, looking out for us at every stage, keeping us updated on the status of homes we were interested in, organizing VC and in-person tours, and making sure our time was well used. Fast forward a month from when we met Brad and we had our offer accepted in our dream neighborhood! Wouldn't have been possible without him. We would trust Brad with every home buying or selling decision in the future. We are so lucky and grateful to have gotten to work with him. He's an awesome agent and even more awesome human being! read more

This review is long overdue... We moved to the Bay Area last summer and I was in contact with Brad even before I moved here. At that time he was working with Redfin and I was impressed with his prompt response for every single email/concern of mine. The real estate market here was pretty intimidating but with Brad we felt like we were in good hands. When we saw a house we liked in Palo Alto, we informed him that we wanted to put in an offer. He spoke to the seller's agent and gave us a ballpark as to where he thought we should come in with a bid. But he never forced us to bid higher than what we were comfortable with. Along with the help of a mortgage consultant he recommended, we had everything lined up and we put in an offer and we got it! Brad even negotiated with the sellers to leave the curtains behind. This may seem trivial but it was important to us as the house had really large windows. And when there was a mis-communication with the sellers as to the closing date, he negotiated to have our moving costs paid for by their agent. So, all in all it was a smooth transaction and we would definitely use Brad when its time for us to sell our house! We're still pinching ourselves on having scored a house in this super-heated market. Thanks again Brad for all your help! P.S. Oh and yes, I second the other reviewer who says Brad never sleeps :-) read more

Brad helped my wife and I to buy our home seven years ago, and it was such a positive experience that we knew that if we ever needed to buy or sell a home again, we would never think of using anyone but Brad. Fast forward seven years to when we decided to buy a condo for my wife's parents, and sure enough Brad was our go-to guy. Just like last time, working with Brad was a total dream. There are a few things that really stand out with Brad. First of all, he is extremely accessible. Whenever we reached out to him, anytime, day or night, he got back to us right away - usually in just minutes - with exactly what we needed. Real estate transactions can be touch-and-go, so you need to be sure that your agent is right there with you every step of the way. Second, Brad has fantastic judgment and such a wealth of experience that he has an instinctive ability to predict exactly how things are going to play out with each transaction. This is crucial as it gives his clients an edge in the competitive Bay Area market. In helping us to buy this condo he made all the right moves, guiding us in when/how much to offer, when to move fast, when to sit tight, etc, all of which in the end helped us get the place we wanted, and without overbidding. Lastly, Brad is extraordinarily helpful and does everything he possibly can for his clients. For example, after our closing we realized we didn't have our mailbox key, so he took it upon himself to contact our HOA and then went to the post office to try to get it resolved for us. This is obviously way above the call of duty but Brad does this kind of thing time and again, and he does it with a smile. Brad will be our real estate agent for life, and if you give him a try I'll bet he'll become yours too! read more

We used Brad's services to buy a single family house in the South Bay. Without his knowledge, experience and expertise of the market, we would not have won the house. On his recommendation, we made an offer that was accepted by the Sellers. Throughout the entire process, Brad was extremely responsive. He is very tech savvy and is reachable via text, email and phone call any time of the day. I made numerous calls after 10pm and he was there to walk me through this stressful process. I have recommended his services to other friends and family. Even after the purchase of the house, Brad checks in to see how we like the house and if he can help out in any way. Hands down - without his help we would not have got our dream house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Any post I leave here wouldn't do Brad justice. Brad just weeks ago helped get us into our home and we couldn't be happier. Not only did he take care of all our needs and concerns but he was the one who would check in on us, literally all hours of the day. I have worked with many realtors in my time and Brad by far worked the hardest, was the most communicative and followed through on everything. If you're new to purchasing real estate or are just nervous going through the process Brad is your man. Though I had been through the home buying process before my new husband hadn't. My husband like most purchasing his first home was apprehensive and unsure of a lot of the process, mostly on the loan end of it. Though we got a great rate we didn't have the best loan agent (ours, not one Brad suggested) and Brad was always pushing her to make sure she hit the dates she needed to so we weren't charged extra money. Any questions my husband had that I couldn't answer Brad was right there returning an email or phone call within hours if not immediately. He'll do what ever it takes to make you comfortable in what's happening every step of the way. If Brad's still in the business when we're ready to purchase again he's who I'll use. I have posted a few reviews on yelp, not too many but I just had to write about Brad here, he's just that good. Don't believe me, try him! Thank you Brad for making our home purchase a great one! read more
