STAY AWAY!!! We bought a new vehicle in May and tried to get our policy switched to our new…read morevehicle. Not only could we not pay our current policy payment over the phone (like we'd done previously) we couldn't even get a price for the new policy either. After calling and speaking to his receptionist (ALSO IS HIS DAUGHTER) 3 separate times, we were notified that our policy change request was still pending! 2 months in pending status and we can't make a payment! I requested to speak to Kevin. Who wasn't available, and she didn't know when he'd be back in the office. Miraculously, the 2nd time I asked the same question in the same conversation, he had an appt in the office 'later today'. So I asked if I could get an appt with him. I got 'That is not possible'. So I ask if there's someone higher to speak to and was notified that there isnt. Even if I reach out to State Farm insurance customer service. And then it all made sense why this business does whatever it pleases and could care less about customers. THEY ANSWER TO NOONE. BUT on the bright side, after 2 months we did finally get an answer about the new policy. It doubled to $93/month. Oh! And our policy was cancelled already lol. With no notice. No call. And we've called in 3x since May to make payments and get information on the new policy. Makes complete sense why this site only has a handful of reviews (one being Kevin himself). We went to Safe Auto and now pay $47/month for the exact same insurance as this office. Call Safe Auto 1-800-723-3288. Or don't. Just don't go here.

Wow. Let me begin by saying my experience with Jane Nicholson / State Farm has been poor at best…read moreand convoluted by new staff not completing their tasks as requested and certainly no follow through for completion of tasks. The issues started to be seen when we purchased vehicles for the kids. We were seeing separate invoices and actually a separate invoice for each individual transaction. Example, one new car has multiple separate invoices mailed, one for each student discount, one for multiple cars, one for homeowners multi policy. Not one bill itemized. Literally one day I came home to a stack 2" thick of invoices from State Farm. Multiple times I have called Jane Nicholson to have this explained to me and was assured it would all be fixed come the State Farm new system was in place. Well, it got worse and I started to decide to leave once the rates increased to over 5 figures annually. I called and asked the answering agent, Kim, when my auto policy and umbrella policy is paid up to. She said the 14th and I asked for the two policies to be cancelled effective then and instructed them to no long withdrawal any monies, this was 2 weeks ago. A very clean sever of ties. I purchased a new policy days prior with another agent and was now saving a significant amount. Fast forward to today when I see the monies were still deducted from my account. Even though I had specific conversations with Kim, though State Farm chat and verbal conversations, all with Kim. I went to the agent to get answers as to why and I wanted copies of the transaction canceling the policy from their end. Never received any documentation. Remember this is not a small sum of money we are talking about. I was told that in fact even though I cancelled my policy that it doesn't actually get cancelled then. It goes into a "cue" and then it gets decided that it will get cancelled by someone else, not the agent. This was not explained in anyway shape or form and that the withdrawal may still happen. I was advised I should talk with Jane Nicholson herself since I was upset and that neither agent could help me. Neither Kim or the other agent offered any resolution to the issue at hand. I was told before I came in that Kim was calling to find out what happened. Never happened. No one in this office offered to help, or take and responsibility for these actions. Not even a single, "I'm sorry Mr Large". I have everything very well documented. I still have no answer when my monies will be returned. Lastly, I was told by another agent in the office that Kim was new and didn't know. Not her fault? Nope, Jane's fault for hiring an inexperienced agent and putting her in charge of others monies that could have indirect consequences. THAT IS RECKLESS AT BEST. I was told Jane was out on an appointment and wasn't available to speak with me. Let's see how long it takes for her to actually get back to me. At this point I'm assuming I'll need to sue the agent Kim and. Jane Nicholson herself. EDITED: I was told by corporate that this office was NEVER contacted by the agent to cancel my policy until the 15th. 2 weeks after I called to cancel it.

I recently purchased both home and car insurance from this agency. Riley McMahon served as the…read moreagent. He took the time to explain in detail the various aspects of the policies which appeared to be beneficial to my situation, noting all the while that choices and decisions were mine. I appreciated the relaxed time and the no-pressure approach. I had the opportunity to take a few days to consider the policy content and then return to complete the purchase process. Again, everything was reviewed carefully before the final signing. I left feeling quite comfortable with my insurance purchase and quite confident with Riley as the agent. Lewis P. Porter
