His instructions to his staff including the supervisor are the same. Our concerns fell on deaf ears (e.g. starving child, diaper rashes, lack of presentations and follow-through by teachers, non-compliance with legislation and lack of a support plan) starting first week of enrollment soon after deposit and fees were paid. After multiple emails regarding concerns, a suggestion was made that the contract would be terminated if number of phone calls/emails did not reduce. There was no resolution to the concerns. We took him up on his suggestion and had to withdraw our child for safety reasons. He kept our deposit. A complaint was made to the Ministry and he was found to be non-compliant in some areas. However, there was no consequence other than a warning to him. So beware when you enroll your kids at this Montessori as we as parents have limited recourse! When I told the Director that I could share my experience with others online, he said "you can say whatever you want. We know what to say to parents when they walk in here." And he does have a very convincing marketing team comprised of all his staff leading to this confidence!

I dropped my child off on the first day and when we came to get her, they didn't know where she…read morewas. They didn't have her on their 'list' despite having extensive communication. They ended up dropping her off in a different program in the back building (side entrance) where they didn't know her. It scared us out of our mind THEM not knowing where our kid was. This is by far the worst daycare. Also, side note, the few positive reviews on here are staff members that work there. They should probably change their names if they're going to be doing that.

Horrible Daycare! I have (2) two year old's that attended…read morethis place. If you don't want your children to be locked up like animals for months on end find another daycare! They don't take the kids out daily as required by law, they make excuse after excuse when its simple laziness. They don't watch the children attentively. My son comes home with numerus scratch/claw marks on his face. They don't do simply tasks like wiping their noses or anything. AVOID at all costs.
