The worst customer service ever! They were supposed to come on Tuesday, but they never called or showed up. On Wednesday morning, I called again and they came later that day. They needed to order a part. They called late Friday afternoon and said the part was in and they could come on by to install it. I said that's fine, I'll be here. They said they'd be here in 45 minutes. One and a half hours later they called and said they weren't coming but could come early Saturday morning around 8 or 9. I said I had to leave my house by 10, but they could come before that. Saturday morning they called and said they'd be here by 9:30 and it would take 10 minutes to install the part. They didn't show up until almost 10:00 and still wasn't able to get the part installed because of another issue they didn't notice the first time. So he said he would be here at 5 on Monday and despite trying to call and text them, they never returned my calls or showed up. I've repeatedly tried to call and text today. They don't answer the calls and have left the messages on read. So now I've been dealing with them for a week and still do not have a working washing machine. read more

Great to deal with.. Called about our D/Washer having an AE error and wouldn't run until it was resolved... Called Sears they said it would take 2 weeks to send their repair people. No DISHWASHER FOR 2 WEEKS- VERY UNHAPPY WIFE- SO CALLED bRACEWELL rEPAIR ON FRIDAY late afternoon told him the issue and he said he'd be by Monday at 12 noon. He showed up at hi noon took the d/w out of the cabinet,turned it on its side,took out the flow thing and drained and cleaned it,all in 45 minutes.
