The process took around 2 hours for all my ducts and fogging. I am very concerned of the HVAC system cleanliness and ducts were not excluded. When I hired Ducky's it was by the initial reviews. Spoke to Dave and he was very friendly. His machine is heavy and would require more time if you have a two or more story home. The air quality was phenomenal upon entering my home after cleaning and fogging. It was like standing on a mountain top and breathing fresh air. Amazing difference!!!! Definitely recommend this service for all homes.

Well, son shows up first thing this morning and was SOOOOO professional, personable, kind and polite. He asked me to describe what was going on and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. He then went above and beyond in checking my outdoor HVAC and coolant pressures. The new capacitor he placed in the cooling part of my furnace had my AC blowing ice cold immediately after installing. After going so long without AC, Aire Serv is my new hero! I'm extremely happy with their service and if you want immediate service, call them up. Kindest, most professional folks you will ever meet. The fact that they don't try to "find" things to bill you for makes their service so valuable and worth it. I'm just so happy not to have to suffer through another hot night. These folks are LIFE SAVERS. TEN stars!
