I can't imagine anyone giving this company a good review. Around May 10th of 2026, a the service…read moreman came to check my heat pump. He replaced two parts for almost $600 (a condenser and a switch), then he told me I needed 3-4 lbs of freon and it would cost me $200 a pound. I immediately made a phone call to another A/C company and they said that they would put the Freon in for $70/lb. Premier was charging an EXTRA $520 for four pounds of Freon - and the other A/C company was making a profit on the $70. This is what I call stealing!! I post this to help save you from being robbed.

Based on a lie that the freon in my unit should be replaced because it's not the government approved kind. I found out later that the only reason freon needs replacing is if the condenser shorted out and burnt the freon. For my friend, only half her house was being cooled. Premier rep made a cursory inspected under the house and told her that her duct work was laying on the ground. He quoted a price of $10,000 to fix it. (Not a typo.) This is for a double-wide, mind you. Of course my friend said no. She then called Allen's https://allensheatingcooling.com/. Their rep said the duct work on the ground was scrap from a previous repair by Premier and proceeded to fix it for $150. Allen's biannual checkups are lower than Premier's, too.

Then take a $40 tool charge from them a week even if they don't use tools, they claim they they'll give it back to them at the end Of their employment. One of the more longer employeed employees went in there to try to get some money off his tool account because he didn't have any gas or money to feed his family. They told him no and turned him away, such a loving company. One that I would love to do business with that in the heat of the 107° weather, they are not even allowed to sit in their work truck with the AC on during their lunch break and if they leave and go get a drink or ice, they dock them. These guys work in the heat of the weather under houses in the heat. . Another thing that me Disgust me, whether they're five minutes away from the shop or an hour and a half. They do not pay them when they leave the job site to when they get back to the shop. Me personally, my opinion, I would never want to use a company that treats their employees that way.
