They have been telling me I'm "on the schedule" and that they can't tell me when I'm on the schedule because the tech keeps the schedule. They keep telling me the tech will give me a call within 3 hours. No call. Not on any day They have said that. They're very nice, but they don't get anything done. I'd much rather deal with a complete jerk as long as the jerk simply got the job done. So now I'm just gonna call their competitor and see what happens. They dug up the old plumbing line, which look like cardboard to me, and replaced it with a NEW system! Now my 84 year old Mom can run as much water as she wants! They came and finished the same day!
