The worst customer service ever! They were supposed to come on Tuesday, but they never called or…read moreshowed up. On Wednesday morning, I called again and they came later that day. They needed to order a part. They called late Friday afternoon and said the part was in and they could come on by to install it. I said that's fine, I'll be here. They said they'd be here in 45 minutes. One and a half hours later they called and said they weren't coming but could come early Saturday morning around 8 or 9. I said I had to leave my house by 10, but they could come before that. Saturday morning they called and said they'd be here by 9:30 and it would take 10 minutes to install the part. They didn't show up until almost 10:00 and still wasn't able to get the part installed because of another issue they didn't notice the first time. So he said he would be here at 5 on Monday and despite trying to call and text them, they never returned my calls or showed up. I've repeatedly tried to call and text today. They don't answer the calls and have left the messages on read. So now I've been dealing with them for a week and still do not have a working washing machine.

He got right to the root of the problem with my dryer. We agreed on a repair plan and he was done in no time. I was charged a reasonable fee and he went on to his next job. My husband and I are just sickened by what has occurred, adding insult to injury the company has accepted no responsibility for their actions despite vowing to order new oven doors from Viking or to replace the entire range with a new one if it couldn't be fixed.
