12/13/16 - I called this office for one week straight with no response. Then when i finally…read morereceived a call back from Ms. Shanon I asked why no one answers the phone or returns calls in a timely matter and she responded by saying that I don't need to be a patient there and that i need to go somewhere else and then she hung up on me. I think it was an appropriate question to ask after a week of calling and no return call. If this is the way that they treat their patients then i don't advise anyone to go here. I am new to Georgia and this is not what i would consider Southern Hospitality. I was in complete shock the way she treated a potential patient. I called back about 5 min later asking for someone to talk to regarding a complaint and she preceded to say that she was the office manager and that i could speak to her directly. There was no way that i wanted to speak to her so i just asked her for her email address and i will be emailing the team and copying her on the email. She totally ruined my day :-( DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A RESPECTFUL STAFF. IF THIS IS THE FRONT DESK I CAN'T IMAGINE EVERYONE ELSE WHO WORKS HERE. I would consider not passing out to be a good life skill. Therefore, I've started seeing Amy Burnett and she is lovely. My first appointment, Tiana focused on my back for about 45 minutes, and then did some quick but thorough work on my feet. I left feeling better. My second appointment...it was a dream. Same issues, but I asked her to split the focus more evenly on my legs/feet and back. So she spent about 30 minutes on each side. The pressure was perfect, and she practically intuited exactly where I needed the help. It was literally probably the best massage I've ever had. I was so relaxed and felt so much better. My husband even noticed a change in my mood over the next day or so. Aside from the massages themselves, I've found Tiana to be professional, friendly, and kind. I had a somewhat difficult time scheduling my first appointment, but I believe this was due to her recent location move, and she's a one woman show and deserves a little grace. I've had no hesitations recommending her to other pregnant friends, and plan to return for some post-natal TLC.

Her tone was not inviting which is odd for someone working at a counseling center. She was extremely vague which wasn't helpful for someone who's never made an appointment with them before. She was just plain rude. I'll be taking my business elsewhere because if not even the receptionist can be inviting, how would I expect the counselors to be any different?

First class all the way! The staff was very nice and polite. The therapist that I met with was very nice calm and most importantly to me, not pushy. I would highly Recommend checking this place out for yourself. I'm sure like me, you won't regret. The waiting room was very comfortable and away from the front door which is always a plus. I also did some investigating into the therapist that work there. I encourage you to do the same. After doing my research I discovered that these therapists were taught at the finest schools and have the experience to deal with any problem or need that anyone could possibly have. I feel confident that with their skills and knowledge I will be able to attain my goals in a timely manner that will also benefit me in the long run.
